Villa Downton is a two-storey classic home which can sleep up to 8 guests and is a superb choice for a family break or friends’ get-together. Offering complete privacy whilst conveniently being just a short drive from the beautiful Bay Beach and Southampton Village, Downton offers the best of both worlds.

With classic lines, subtle shades and pastel colours throughout each classically furnished room, Villa Downton offers the ultimate in elegant living. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen is a dream for any aspiring cooks in your group. The dining room is bright and cheerful with floor to ceiling glass doors allowing the sunlight to stream in whilst providing direct access to the garden outside.

The main living room is warm and inviting, with a working fireplace surrounded by plush seating where you can relax over a drink in the evening beside a beautiful wood fire.

And even if you don’t bring along your very own Mr. Bates, here is another charming room in this lovely home. The living space both inside and outside the house has many common areas where you can spend quality time in the company of your family or friends.
3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms occupy the first floor of the house, whilst the fourth is situated on the second floor.

Outside, in the lush manicured gardens, you can enjoy a dip in the heated swimming pool, surrounded by a patio furnished with sun loungers. Here you can soak up the sun’s rays, where the cry of seagulls in the distance will remind you of your proximity to the beach.

At the bottom of the garden, not far from the pool, you can chill out under a decorative gazebo, or dine al fresco from the barbeque grill. Comfortable shabby chic chairs on the wooden porch provide another spot for taking in the fresh air and shooting the cool Hamptons breeze.

DINING
Cooking and eating at home are a pleasure at Villa Downtown. The well-equipped fabulous kitchen will allow any cook to turn out delicious meals and the barbeque grill outside allows for casual Al Fresco dining. The village is located on the southeast coastline of Long Island and is widely regarded as one of the premier summer resorts in North America.
