Villa Pemberton is adorned throughout with elegant modern décor, yet still in keeping with a traditional village home of this area. This blend of modern and tradition provides the ultimate in comfort with all modern conveniences. The living areas are roomy, light and airy furnished with classic pieces and featuring large windows, bright tones and earthy hues. Outside, at the back of the house in the perfectly manicured garden lawn is the heated pool and spa with adjoining pool house. The Pool House conveniently offers a butler’s kitchen, outdoor shower and bathroom. Sun Loungers with Umbrellas around the pool provide a perfect spot for sunbathing or relaxing with a good book, in between dips in the refreshing heated swimming pool.

Villa Pemberton features a wonderful fully equipped gourmet kitchen, where cooking is never a chore. Al Fresco Dining is made simple with the convenience of a fitted butler’s kitchen in the Pool House and a Gas Grill. The sleepy Hamlet of Southampton is an historic gem located in the southeast corner of Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. The village itself is part of the larger town by the same name and was named after the Earl of Southampton in the mid-16th Century. Southampton is the oldest, largest and many say the most prestigious of all the communities in The Hamptons. The Ford, Eisenhower and Vanderbilt families have all called Southampton their hometown down through the years. Nowadays, the village is home to more than half of the billionaires who have houses in The Hamptons.
