Up to twelve guests may be hosted in six suites between the Blue Swan and JSA villas which are sleek, stylish, and tastefully decorated. Swan Estate, a pair of villas with mesmerizing ocean panoramas, is carved out of a hillside on the heights of Lurin. Each villa has a unique character, with JSA embracing pop culture and apple green touches, while Blue Swan features Asian architecture with red woodwork. Gouverneur Beach is extremely picturesque and largely untamed, featuring a beautiful sandbar with tall cliffs encircling the powdery sands. Along the rocks, visitors often enjoy swimming and snorkeling experiences.

Gouverneur Beach can only be reached via a steep, narrow road, so the short journey is well worth it as the beach is nearly always peaceful.
