Welcome to Bastide, a 3 bedroom villa located on the hillside in Lurin with dramatic views of the ocean. This is a truly peaceful villa surrounded by a tropical garden and ocean views. Bastide is the ideal home for a family vacation to St Barts.

The outdoor spaces are absolutely gorgeous with a heated infinity pool that runs the length of the terrace. This space also includes a covered terrace that includes a dining area for some alfresco dining, a wet bar, kitchenette, and great living space. The terrace is by far one of the nicest features of Bastide, from the unmatched views and the private pool you will literally feel like you are in heaven.

The main living area houses the living room, dining space, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. The living room has oversized sofas that are great for some relaxation and boasts a high-end entertainment system. The living area opens to the indoor dining area and kitchen. The breakfast bar leads into the gourmet modern kitchen, and it has everything you need.

Bastide has three luxurious en-suite bedrooms sleeping, 6 guests. The bedrooms are spread out to ensure optimal privacy for everyone. The first bedroom has a king bed, rain head, and outdoor shower, private sun deck, and an ensuite bath. Bedroom two has a sun deck and rain head shower with a king bed, and the third features a private sitting area, ensuite bath, and a small office. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

For those that are looking for a more active vacation, there is also a fully-equipped fitness room on the property. Bastide has the very best amenities and perfect for families or groups of friends.

Villa Bastide is also located in a great location on the hillside within a short drive to Gustavia which is the capital of St Barths. It has some of the island's most gorgeous restaurants and designer shopping along with exclusive St Barths brands.

The villa would only be 1km from Shell Beach. We here at Exceptional Villas recommend driving to the beach but if you want an intense workout you could walk down which won’t take that long but the walk back up is not the easiest unless you are very fit so it will take that bit longer.

St-Jean is only 3.3km from villa Bastide which will only take approx. 10 minutes drive and is another very popular area. This is where the famous Eden Rock Hotel is located and the famous St Jean beach which is a stunning beach that is perfect for swimming. We always recommend our guests to rent a car while on the island as it is a very hilly and mountainous island so if you want to truly explore the island's hot spots, you will need a car to get to them.

Our concierge service is included in the rate and our concierge Julie would be delighted to help you in organizing your itinerary for your special trip to the island of St Barths. Julie can assist with booking restaurant reservations, excursions, chef service, car rental, babysitting, special occasion request, etc and this all can be organized prior to your trip so you can sit back and relax as soon as you set foot on the island of St Barths.
