Welcome to Sunrise, a well-appointed 4-bedroom beachfront villa, part of the famous Tryall Club, that enjoys panoramic views of the glittering Caribbean Sea, as well as some breathtaking sunsets.

A luxury villa wrapped in the charm of a beach hut aesthetic, Sunrise enjoys unparalleled views and access to the ocean, that’s only a stroll away. Several clustered pyramid-shaped rooves atop the white walls give away the high ceilings typical for villas in the region, constructed to aid air circulation and maintain pleasant conditions indoors. A planted courtyard greets you upon arrival; intricate white lattices sit on either side of the entrance, a stone path leading you past flowering shrubs and leafy trees that provide relieving shade from the heat of the sun. To the rear, an expansive manicured lawn sprawls, a winding path from the villa leading towards a low stone wall that separates the grass from the sand, with trees and hedgerows rising high on either side of the garden. The rear of the villa hosts a shaded veranda with a decorative pebble-inlaid terrace, with several options for seating, either relaxing in the shade or reclining in the sun, basking in the rays. Adjacent to the villa itself, a large freshwater pool, framed by a stone terrace lined with sun loungers, lies just a few steps from the shade, the cool waters a perfect solution to feeling overheated in the tropical climate.

Indoors, the style is decidedly Jamaican; bright walls, large windows, soaring ceilings and wicker furniture give a bright and airy feel to the living room, which contains a lounge area, and a table and chairs. The lounge area is filled with comfortable couches and armchairs arranged around a low glass-topped coffee table, an ideal spot for conversation or to chill out in front of the TV; the terrace doors extend the living space out under the veranda, expanding the already spacious room and blending indoor and outdoor living. A dining room sits adjacent to the lounge, however, alternatively, a dining table set for eight can be found under the veranda, making the option to dine al fresco even more tempting, overlooking the ocean and seeing the lights of Montego Bay in the distance.
The bedrooms instil a sense of calm, with white walls and a clutter-free environment, allowing the mind to unwind before sleep; a splash of colour is inserted into the room via detailed paintings hung on the walls. The bedrooms have gorgeous bespoke wooden furniture, including the bedframes; three of four bedrooms can be found within the main villa, the fourth within a small cottage beside it. The master bedroom contains a luxurious king size bed, complete with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace, with spectacular views on display from the moment you wake up. The cottage bedroom contains a queen bed, and the remaining two bedrooms have king beds with the option of converting to twin beds. Each of the rooms is afforded an en-suite.

*THE TRYALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP*
At The Tryall Club, the team is committed to continually improving their services and offerings to ensure that guests have the best possible experience during their stay. The Tryall Club is a private members club, so all guests 13 years of age and older are required to take out a Temporary Membership, which will be charged upon arrival at check-in.

Temporary Membership Dues now start at USD $32 per day, plus a 15% service charge, for guests ages 16 years and older who stay for one to four days. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are now US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

LOCATION DETAILS

Located within the illustrious 2,200-acre Tryall Estate, Sunrise Villa has the much-desired position of having access to its own private beachfront, while remaining within walking distance of the Tryall Clubhouse and the comprehensive array of facilities it has on offer. Despite its proximity to the beach and club, Sunrise still enjoys a level of privacy, enclosed by a landscaped garden and a thicket of trees and hedges used as a natural barrier. There’s plenty of activities within the estate itself, many of which the membership covers without extra cost; the Tryall Club has nine tennis courts, a private beach, water sports, restaurants, an organic garden, a kids’ club, a spa, and a fully-equipped gym, and these are a short golf cart ride away. The villa is just a short distance from the famous 18-hole championship golf course, having hosted many professional golf tournaments and events. Alternatively, the island is best traversed by use of a car, if adventure takes you beyond the Tryall Club domain. Montego Bay, the capital of the St James parish of Jamaica, has an array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to entertain and delight guests, as well as attend to the need for retail therapy.
