The impact of several cultures and societies’ influence upon the Caribbean have left their mark; the melting pot of building styles have made the architecture here truly remarkable, and this villa is no exception to the rule; the combinations of lattice ceilings, baked brick floorwork and Greek-style columns are to be found nowhere else in the world, and make up some of Casuarina’s most beautiful features. Combine the detailed intricacies of past design with present day luxuries and comforts, and you have Casuarina, a seamless blend of styles that culminate in the charming and one-of-a-kind villa that will be at the core of some unforgettable memories.

The villa has a unique layout; contrary to conventional designs, the house is built around a gorgeous circular swimming pool, with intricately laid cobalt blue tiles. This cloister area forms the heart of the house, upon which all rooms are annexed. Total privacy from the outside world is ensured, whether you decide to enter the cool waters of the pool in the height of the day, or late in the evening as the sun sets. An array of day beds and loungers are also placed for the guests' pleasure under the veranda that surrounds the pool, and on the terrace facing the ocean.

Casuarina is surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees, framing the spectacular ocean view that the rear of the villa affords. The swaying palms standing over the patio area provide shade and gentle ambience to the outdoor lounge and dining areas, the perfect spot to enjoy the view without interruption. The sweet-smelling flowers that drape overhead on timber trusses, and the leafy ferns that line the walkway to the house only add to the appeal that this villa holds, engaging all the senses as you make your way indoors.

The villa's interior is no less lavish; the colour palette that many Caribbean homes and villas are known for is also present here. Whites and creams of the walls and upholstery combined with textured and richly hued woods of the furniture give the rooms a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with pops of colour inspired from the landscape interspersed throughout. The villa is built on a single level, lofty ceilings contributing a feeling of vastness and spacious living, especially within the great room. Various entertainment options are near to hand here, from the flat-screen TV and sound system on the wall to a bespoke board game table. For the musically inclined, a magnificent white baby grand piano sits in the corner. There are ample seating options available to choose from, and the retractable glass doors extend that space further onto the shaded terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living together. Several dining arrangements are also present; round tables, each with seating for eight, sit on the patio, one under the shade of the veranda and the other just beyond it, sitting out in the sun. The villa also contains a fully equipped kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances; the chef is fully versed in mouthwatering recipes and culinary delights, and with the use of local produce, richly flavoured meals await.

Casuarina’s bedrooms invite you to completely unwind, providing every comfort to achieve just that; the master bedroom contains a king size bed, and the remaining three have the option of converting between a king size or twin beds. Luxurious beds and bedding are outfitted in each room, with en-suite bathroom afforded to all. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, whereas the other two have an outdoor shower available to make morning showers extra refreshing. Each bedroom also has access to private terraces.

THE TRYALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
At The Tryall Club, the team is committed to continually improving their services and offerings to ensure that guests have the best possible experience during their stay. The Tryall Club is a private members club, so all guests 13 years of age and older are required to take out a Temporary Membership, which will be charged upon arrival at check-in.

Temporary Membership Dues now start at USD $32 per day, plus a 15% service charge, for guests ages 16 years and older who stay for one to four days. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are now US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.
