Welcome to Villa Seaspray, an attractive 4-bedroom oceanfront villa located within the prestigious Tryall Estate, overlooking the Caribbean Sea's shimmering waters.

Built in the classic Jamaican architecture of a single level building with cavernous ceilings and large windows, the villa invites guests to spread out and enjoy the bright and airy ambiance that it exudes; the location of the villa next to the sparkling waters of the sea inspire the marine & beach theme that it follows. Surrounded by lush green vegetation and indigenous plants of the region, the expansive landscaped garden to the rear of the property contains several mature trees with leafy branches, providing welcome shade for a leisurely stroll, a game on the lawn, or simply to laze underneath the trees and enjoy the gentle breeze washing over you. A patio directly beyond the terrace doors of the house gives way to a large swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and all manner of seating arrangements; a swim in the cool waters of the pool during the day is sure to refresh guests who are sluggish with the heat. Alternatively, the pool contains a heating option to take the chill from the water, and with exterior lighting installed, the prospect of swimming under the stars has never been more tempting. A hot tub that sits separately from the pool sits just beyond it, and the bubbling waters sure to relax and soothe the body and mind. Multiple lounge areas filled with comfortable chairs to recline in and dining areas are also located here, making the option to take dinner outdoors too tempting an offer to pass up. With so many features of the villa's exterior, guests will be reluctant to go inside.

The villa's interior remains faithful to typical Caribbean design, with lofty ceilings supported by large wooden beams, painted brilliant white. The well-appointed decor and furnishings made from deep-hued wood are interspersed with pops of color inspired by the gorgeous vista that exists just a step outside the doors of the villa. The lounge is filled with plush couches and armchairs, surrounding a low white glass-topped coffee table, a comfortable space to sit and enjoy the company of family and friends, or to simply chill in front of the TV for some downtime. A large desk sits in the corner of the room to accommodate guests who take their work wherever they go. Terrace doors make it easy to access the patio at any time, from several rooms in the house; a formal dining room with seating for eight also features terrace doors, allowing guests to migrate to the outdoor dining area on a whim; the sea breeze augments the flavors of the already mouth-watering cuisine that the Caribbean has to offer.

The bedrooms are uncluttered and spacious, with tile floors, ceiling fans and air-conditioning available to regulate the temperature and allow guests to sleep in comfort. Three of the four bedrooms are located within the main villa, the fourth residing in the guest house adjacent to the pool. The primary bedroom contains a luxurious king size bed, while the other three contain twin beds that may be converted to a king. Each of the rooms is afforded an exceptionally finished en-suite bathroom, and access to a private terrace.

Located on the north-west coast of Jamaica, residing within the prestigious Tryall Club Estate on a 2,200-acre resort, Villa Seaspray sits at the base of Garden Hill, enjoying a fantastic vantage point from which to survey the beauty of Jamaica’s landscape, coastline, and the shimmering turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea that surrounds it. The island is best traversed by use of a car if adventure takes you beyond the Tryall Club domain.
