Welcome to Sugar Magnolia at the Tryall Club, a 4-bedroom private villa located on a beautiful private acre at the famous Tryall Club.

Golfers Note: Sugar Magnolia's location adjacent to the 16th fairway means you can stroll across your lawn to use the fairway and hole as your own till around 10:30 each morning and after 5 pm most evenings. Bring your clubs.

Manicured grounds are adorned by graceful palm, lime, mango, and poinciana trees and brilliant hibiscus and bougainvillea. The beach club, golf pro shop, and casual beach bar and restaurant are an eight-minute walk or three-minute golf cart ride.

Twelve glass-paneled doors open from the living room to the spacious 900-square-foot verandah and pool terrace. The large pool is kept private from the fairway by a flowering hedgerow and is drenched in all-day sunshine. An octagonal dining room with antique chandelier seats eight for delicious home-cooked dinners. Dining tables are also on the poolside verandah.

Four bedrooms are in two wings, separated by living and dining areas. This guarantees privacy for possibly two different families or friends. Each room has been wonderfully designed to a high standard.

While private and self-contained, Sugar Magnolia is only minutes from the Tryall Club's golf and tennis pro shops, beach club, water sports, boutiques, gallery, bars, and restaurants - easily reached by a golf cart or complimentary shuttle.

The Great House verandah is legendary for its afternoon teas and cocktail hours that drift into magnificent sunsets. For larger groups, Sugar Magnolia can be rented with its neighboring villa, Calypso, for a combined total of eight bedrooms, two pools, and a staff of ten, including two cooks. All guests may enjoy meals together at either villa.

The villa staff comprises a butler, cook, housekeeper, and gardener. Each staff member will do their utmost to ensure you have the perfect vacation in paradise. All your needs will be met, and anything you wish for you can have. All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy.

THE TRYALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
At The Tryall Club, the team is committed to continually improving their services and offerings to ensure that guests have the best possible experience during their stay. The Tryall Club is a private members club, so all guests 13 years of age and older are required to take out a Temporary Membership, which will be charged upon arrival at check-in.

Temporary Membership Dues now start at USD $32 per day, plus a 15% service charge, for guests ages 16 years and older who stay for one to four days. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are now US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

Includes beach, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party. THE TRYALL CLUB:
The beach is well planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the new Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House. Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy the week’s events, including the Monday Night Manager’s Cocktail Party and the Wednesday and Friday night beach parties and buffets.

Enjoy the historic Great House for daily 4:00 tea and sweets on the hill. Shop at the convenient commissary and chic boutique and meet for happy hour and snacks at the casual bar. Also at the Great House is the new Usain Bolt Games Room, open all day and night for ping pong, pool, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, chess and checkers, board games, comfy reclining chairs, and HDTV. And don’t miss the massive Tryall pool. The Tryall Club is thoughtfully designed to please toddlers, preteens, tweens, moms, dads, and everyone from teens to octogenarians.
