Perfect for a romantic getaway
On a recent visit to Turks and Caicos we went to see Sugar Kube villa. The villa is exactly like the pictures and is the perfect choice for a couple looking for a relaxing vacation. The house is modern and spacious. There is a small spiral stairs that leads up to the very upper level above the master suits where you have wonderful views. The location of the villa is ideal as you are just minutes from Turtle Cove Marina where you have a nice selection of restaurants and bars here. The beach is just steps from Sugar Kube. You simply walk across an empty lot next door and there is an unpaved pathway to the beach. Its a little rocky but has nice sand and is great for snorkelling. Grace Bay is just 5 minutes drive away if you wanted a nicer beach for swimming. Overall a great choice for a couple.

Guests just love this location near Grace Bay as the position of the villa is at the far west of the beach and offers privacy yet you are within walking distance to several restaurants in Turtle Cove as well as a casino, and marina, shops and Watersports.
You can imagine spending your days on the pristine powdery white sandy beach which is a very short walk away, followed by a dip in the azure Caribbean Sea. The ocean is mere steps from the property and it offers the ideal location for those seeking a beach vacation to Turks and Caicos.

Additional Information
The Governmental tax of 12% of the total amount is applicable to villa rates as well as any goods and services provided to guests during their stay, including and not limited to, if applicable, the fee for additional air conditioning usage, pool heating, butler service, cleaning service, and any other additional service or goods contracted in favor of the guest.
Service charge varies from 10% - 15% for some of the villas.
A refundable security deposit of $1,000, or a 10% security deposit of the nightly rate, whichever is greater, will need to be paid at the same time as the final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due.

Regarding our experience with the villa, we were particularly struck by the fact that the villa and its furnishing were not made to look luxurious, they were luxurious. We have been to these kinds of places before and, unfortunately, online pictures sometimes make the place look better than it actually is. There was no cutting corners here and we appreciated that very much.Bottom line:The villa and location were A+
