This charming tropical villa is styled and designed to blend with the natural beauty of the island. They have taken advantage of the beautiful surroundings and created many indoor/outdoor living spaces, perfect for you and your guests to relax and spend time together. This property is inspired by a large indoor atrium and features natural wood, authentic bamboo floors, round log roofs and the wonderful beach driftwood décor.

The villa boasts four beautiful, spacious bedrooms, including two master suites with en-suite baths upstairs and two additional guest rooms. One of these rooms is on the main floor while the other is on the lower level. The stunning master bedroom boasts incredible views of the bay and offers luxury comforts like a king-sized pillow topped with Sealy bed, a private patio and natural stone bathroom that features an outdoor shower and a hot tub. Both suites also offer air conditioning, ceiling fans and discreet in-room safes.

The main floor of this property features a guest bedroom that flows onto the private patio, opposite the pool deck. This twin room has many wonderful amenities such as an air conditioning and a ceiling fan and a private bathroom, including a large shower. The twin beds in this room can also be joined to make a king-sized bed if preferred.

This villa includes a state-of-the-art kitchen. This kitchen has all the necessary features and appliances you will need for the duration of your stay. Cook up a Caribbean storm or have a chef come and cater to all your food needs. Experiencing the island cuisine is a must on Anguilla. This villa also features a cozy living and dining area, a powder room, a laundry room, a garage, and open patios.

An entertainment room and another bedroom are located on the lower level. Known as the Entertainment Bedroom Suite, this room offers a king-sized bed, mini-fridge, separate bathroom and an entertainment area with a billiards table and an electronic darts game.

Annexed to the entertainment studio is a fitness room with an elliptical machine and treadmill that is enclosed by sliding glass panels so our guests can enjoy stunning full views and fresh tropical breezes while working out.

There is an abundance of outdoor living spaces at this villa. The open-air courtyard offers a warm welcome to the villa and brings the refreshing outdoors inside. An infinity-edge pool gives the illusion of cascading water into the Caribbean Sea while the large pool deck provides several options for lounging by the pool, entertaining or dining under the stars.

Spyglass Hill Villa is wonderfully located only five minutes away from the Sandy Ground Village, which features several restaurants that cater to every budget including VEYA, The Cafe at VEYA, Ripples, Roy’s Bayside Grill, Barrel Stay Restaurant, Sandbar, Dolce Vita, Johnno’s Beach Stop, The Pumphouse and Elvis Beach Bar.

Just around the corner from Spyglass Hill is Corner Bar Pizza, which serves some of the island’s best pizzas. Several other restaurants and beach bars are just a short drive away such as Tasty’s, E’s Oven and Davida’s.
