This private and secluded villa harmonizes with the tropical surroundings as it embraces manicured gardens and lined with tall swaying palm trees. Listen as the Caribbean breeze rustles through the leavers creating a natural ambiance as you walk out onto the terrace in the mornings. As the ocean glistens in the distance with the first touch of the pale sun, sip on your freshly brewed cup of coffee. Embedded in an area full of the lush tropical landscape, the villa offers a serene tranquility and peaceful ambiance always. Villa Harmony covers a total of 14,000 square foot and it fitted with the finest materials to reflect a natural and balanced home. The materials accent almost every inch of this haven including exquisite marble floors and balustrades, exotic hardwood ceilings and immaculate granite countertops. The main living areas face the terrace and are flooded with light due to the large ceiling to floor windows. You can slide these back effortlessly and blend the interiors and exteriors seamlessly into one living space. The sunken living room exudes the richness of elegant island living. The plush sofas are perfect to relax on as you watch a film on the high-resolution television. The kitchen come fully equipped, offering contemporary comforts such as GE Monogram appliances. It is fitted with a sleek marble counter and an island counter as well as rich caramelized cabinetry. It includes appliances such as a blender, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, juicer and a dishwasher. You also have the option to use the outdoor barbeque grill for some succulent smoky cuts.

Villa harmony features eight luxurious bedrooms. Each room is designed with a relaxed Caribbean style with elegant contemporary touches from around the world. On the main floor of you will discover the massive master suite. The room features a large walk-in closet and dressing room, lounge area and a Balinese daybed. The private en-suite bathroom features European jet stream double showers and a unique infinity-edge marble bathtub. On this level, there are also two other guest bedrooms. The rooms offer two comfortable twin beds and one with a King-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms on the main-level have direct access to the expansive terrace which leads to the infinity pool with hot tub. The Loft Suite sits atop the villa with the crystalline views of St. Martin and other islands, nearby resorts and the azure Caribbean Sea. This mesmerizing King-sized bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom. It includes its own private balcony, kitchenette, and sun terrace.

The ground floor offers an additional three-bedroom pool suite. Here you will find a state-of-the-art entertainment/media room with a wet bar and kitchenette. The main secluded King-sized bedroom offers its own private en-suite bathroom. The room features captivating garden views and is complete with a private kitchenette, living room with a pull-out sofa and a “tunnel” design which opens to a deluxe closet and the bathroom.
