This recently constructed Guesthouse, spanning 4,000 sq ft, features three refined King Bedrooms on the upper level, offering exquisite sea vistas amid tropical gardens. It includes a capacious open-plan kitchen, living area, and an outdoor balcony lounge featuring an infinity-edge plunge pool. The lower level boasts a remarkable bar, games room with a Pool table, table hockey, golf simulator, and gymnasium.

Furthermore, the estate boasts a floodlit tennis court, a viewing pavilion, and an outdoor squash court.

The property is available for rent as an entire estate with eight bedrooms or separately as a five-bedroom villa and a three-bedroom villa.

When rented separately, the property ensures privacy for each group, providing exclusive beach access, with the tennis courts being the sole shared amenity.

UTILITIES:
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly regarding Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the lessee's security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
