The newly constructed 4,000 sq ft Guesthouse offers three elegant King Bedrooms on the upper floor, each providing picturesque sea views over tropical gardens. The spacious open-plan kitchen living room and outdoor balcony lounge, complete with an infinity-edge plunge pool, enhance the guest experience. The lower level hosts a striking bar and games room area with a pool table, table hockey, golf simulator, and gymnasium.

On the property, a floodlit tennis court, a viewing pavilion, and an outdoor squash court cater to recreational pursuits.

• The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $120.00/day (one hundred twenty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.
