Poised at the edge of Long Bay Beach, recognized as one of Condé Nast's top ten beaches globally, Villa Shambhala sprawls over two acres of lush, serene grounds, yet is conveniently only a 10-minute drive from central Grace Bay.

The 7,300 sq ft main house, with its quintessential Barbadian design, boasts five bedrooms. Pockets of privacy are seamlessly connected by inviting open-air Tuscan galleries. The heart of the villa is the magnificent great room adorned with gleaming alabaster walls, vintage furniture, and stunning arched French doors crowned by a hand-painted cathedral-like ceiling. A formal dining area, overlooking ocean views, accommodates ten guests around an elegant table. A cozy alcove features plush loveseats, a TV, and a selection of media for relaxation.

The separate kitchen, a haven for chefs, boasts state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes, and custom Guatambu hardwood cabinets from Argentina.

The newly constructed 4,000 sq ft Guesthouse offers three elegant King Bedrooms on the upper floor, each providing picturesque sea views over tropical gardens. The spacious open-plan kitchen living room and outdoor balcony lounge, complete with an infinity-edge plunge pool, enhance the guest experience. The lower level hosts a striking bar and games room area with a pool table, table hockey, golf simulator, and gymnasium.

On the property, a floodlit tennis court, a viewing pavilion, and an outdoor squash court cater to recreational pursuits.

This exceptional property is available for rental as an 8-bedroom entire estate or separately as a 5-bedroom Beachfront Villa and a 3-bedroom Beach View Villa. When rented individually, each party enjoys privacy and exclusive beach space, with the tennis courts being the only shared amenity.

UTILITIES:
• The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $120.00/day (one hundred twenty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
