Welcome to Sea Orchard Retreat, a luxurious 8-bedroom property on the quiet Northern coast of Grand Cayman. Sea Orchard Retreat is an exclusive gated boutique oceanfront collection of wonderfully decorated cottages. This retreat offers four private two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottages, with a large resort pool with a heated spa, gym, studio, cabanas and hammocks.

The four properties in the residence, each offer 2-bedroom suites, a full kitchen, dining area, living area and porch. Each of the homes is bright, airy and beautifully decorated with a modern but chic style. Each of the properties opens out onto the sea with a pergola over the front porch. This provides an elevated lounging space for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy the Caribbean sunset. The properties strive to provide maximum comfort and privacy. Each of the ensuite bedrooms is in separate wings of the house to achieve this. They also offer direct access to the porch as well as ocean view windows.

Two cottages offer a king and queen suite while the other two offer a king and twin suite. Pomegranate Cottage also has a pull-out couch. Rollaway beds and pack-'n-plays are provided complimentary and if requested. Each king master suite includes a large jacuzzi bathtub and stand-alone rain shower wall while the queen or twin suites have a rain shower and European tub combination. Each of the rooms is comfortable and well-furnished. All bedrooms are also equipped with TVs with Apple TV, Netflix and Hulu.
Kitchens are outfitted and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and have all the necessary accessories to cook to your heart's content. There is also a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range and oven plus other smaller appliances that you may need. Each cottage also features many other amenities to make your vacation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. These include a full washer and dryer, personal safe, Wifi and multiple TVs.

The properties in Sea Orchard Retreat have shared common areas around the resort, including a fitness centre, a large pool and heated spa, and a pool deck equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, tables and chairs. Ceremony arbour, multiple cabanas and hammocks can be found just off the pool deck. Have a swing in a hammock and let your worries melt away under the Caribbean sun.

The Retreat manager can organise airport transfers or car rental if necessary, as well as other guest services including a personal chef, cooks, masseuse, yoga, live music, couples counselling, weddings, vow renewals and corporate events. Have everything organised ahead of time by Exceptional Villas’ complimentary concierge service. They are fully dedicated to making sure your vacation is an enjoyable one and goes off without a hitch.

This residence offers the perfect combination of a relaxing Caribbean vacation and exciting excursions for the more adventurous ones in the family. They offer a wide range of activities including water sports, eco-excursions, and wellness treatments. Sea Orchard Retreat prides itself in its wellness treatments it recommends to guests and they have many to choose from. Try your hand at a yoga class in the morning to kickstart your day in the right way. Or if you fancy being pampered, book a wonderful massage in one of the many recommended vendors.

Sea Orchard Retreat is located only a short 15 minutes from the water sports, golfing, dining and leisure attractions of Seven Mile Beach. If you’re looking to do a bit of shopping, head to George Town and Camana Bay, only a short drive away.

Papagallo Restaurant is within walking distance and the new Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa is only 10 minutes by car. Sea Orchard Retreat is also only a 5-minute walk from Barkers Beach, an oceanfront nature conservancy where nesting turtles, birds, and other fauna are all protected, and kiteboarding is popular.

Destination weddings require the full rental of at least 2 cottages, plus an event fee and a refundable security deposit.

The entire property can sleep a maximum of 22 guests, 17 of whom may be adults (18 or older) due to Cayman Islands Department of Tourism licensing restrictions.

The property enjoys 400 feet of natural, beautiful shoreline and while it has a sandy beach that is raked periodically, our beach is on a reef-protected marine park and enjoys a beautiful, vibrant snorkelling and kayaking experience. It is not a barefoot swimming beach and we offer guests both snorkelling equipment and complimentary water shoes.
