Welcome to Even Keel, a stunning private villa in West Bay, Grand Cayman. This oceanfront Villa has an enviable position within an exclusive gated community overlooking a gorgeous white sandy Caribbean beach. There are four bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate ten guests, each with an ensuite. This lovely property offers a lot of tastefully appointed space for a family or group to enjoy an idyllic vacation.
Even Keel has a private pool and terrace area, where you will love to relax and unwind. You are only a short walk from your gorgeous beach, where swimming and other fun water activities await. This lovely Caribbean home has a fabulous internal layout. Your fully equipped, modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and is part of the open-plan living and dining spaces. Soft neutral colors in shades of white, combined with soft furnishings, create an aesthetic that makes the spaces both beautiful and serene.
Families will adore the sleeping arrangements for children. Bunk beds in a large room that contains a play area with table soccer, an Xbox gaming console, and a TV and lounging furniture will be a great space for teens and tweens to establish their private den.
The adults in the group will enjoy having a separate lounge and TV area to relax with their preferred viewing. In addition, there’s a lovely dining space for family meals and outdoor lounging areas where unwinding with a drink after a day of exploration and activities is the perfect end to another perfect day.
Even Keel villa is set over two levels. The ground floor has the kitchen/living/dining areas and one of the bunk beds, and rec room for kids. Upstairs there are two gorgeous ocean-view suites. The master bedroom has a King bed and a large ensuite. This bedroom has a furnished terrace overlooking the sea. The second suite has a queen-sized bed, a large ensuite, and a freestanding bathtub and shower. The third bedroom has a full-size Captain’s bed, another great room for kids.

Even Keel is about 25 minutes by car from Owen Roberts International Airport, a drive that is one long picturesque trip. Lush tropical surroundings, sea views, and finally, you arrive at your beachside haven primed for a delightful vacation.
The famous Seven Mile Beach, winner of many awards for its incredible beauty, is about a 10-minute drive from Even Keel. This long stretch of beach is home to all imaginable water sports and incredible dining, and it’s the place to go to enjoy seemingly endless walks or swimming.
Grand Cayman is one of the loveliest destinations in the Caribbean for a high-end vacation experience that melds effortlessly with a laid-back and fun vibe.
