Plein Ciel

Welcome to Villa Plein Ciel a lovely 3 bedroom villa located on the peak of Camaruche, St Barts, hillside with a stunning view over Marigot, Cul de Sac and Mont Jean. A very open villa combining Asian, Chinese and African styles.

The pool is 12 meters long and has steps leading into it and a sitting ledge that runs the length of the pool, teak chaises lounges on the surrounding terrace.

The closest beaches are Marigot and Lorient. Edged by coconut palms, Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters — ideal for swimming and snorkelling. It is almost always calm sheltered from the wind and ideal for mooring small pleasure craft. Lorient beach is also popular with families. It is a reef-protected spot and great for swimming and snorkelling. In the winter, it provides some shade. To the left of the beach is a great surfing spot. It is fun to sometimes watch the hardcore surfers catching a wave.

The living area has a beautiful dark rattan weaved sofa with rich reddish-brown overstuffed cushions and Asian teak armchairs. This area is light and bright as it opens onto the pool area in front and a pretty courtyard to the back and a magnificent night lighted garden in the evening.

The dining room has a large dark wooden table with modern lavender bucket chairs, which marry beautifully with the otherwise "Stark style" of the dining area. The kitchen is modern with wooden and glass cabinets, stainless steel fixtures and granite worktops, fully equipped and separated from the dining room by a high bar.

The master bedroom has an en-suite large bathroom with access to a private deck with a Jacuzzi built into the rocks. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom and are decorated in a similar Asian style, TV in each bedroom.

A very private convenient and secure location. Built on one level with the ability to accommodate handicapped people and small children if necessary.

A 4WD drive vehicle is recommended for the steep driveway.

CD Player, DVD Player, TV, VCR Bright open living room. Airy and light with yellow walls, oversized leather chairs and dark burgundy beams, along with 4 ceiling fans.

Terrace
Great terrace with new railing in aluminium, deck chairs and a large glass. Pergola with dining table for 8 people, along with the pool.
