Welcome to Eden House Villa St Barts, a 3-bedroom villa perched on the sloping hillside of Marigot Bay in St Barths. Marigot is located along the northern coastline of this Caribbean Island.

Here you have access to a variety of exquisite five-star amenities including your own private beach, an infinity-edge pool, and expansive outdoor living space. You also have access to the luxurious Marigot Beach only 200m away from your doorstep. This luxurious villa can accommodate up to six guests in total and offers you and your loved ones a truly captivating Island vacation experience.

Eden House is one of the finest contemporary properties on the island. It boasts of a blissful location along Marigot Bay and has access to its own secluded section of Marigots powdery shoreline.

The villa has its own private pathway directly accessing the sea and double exposure both to Marigot Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The landscaped garden was designed by landscape gardener, Frederic de Sainte Preuve.

The manicured lawns and fresh flowers lace the air with sweet fragrances. As you walk out onto the terrace on your first morning in this paradise, notice the calm waters of the infinity pool as it blends with the endless ocean. Slip into the refreshing waters as the pale sun begins to rise in the distance. As the ocean’s surface glistens, you can swim a few laps of the pool or simply perch yourself along the edge and enjoy the sunrise.


When you step out of the water onto the elongated wooden decking, feel the smooth wooden panels under your toes. You can relax in the covered outdoor seating areas as you sip on your freshly brewed hot cup of coffee. Here you can enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze as you set into holiday mode. Dine alfresco for breakfast and enjoy the tropical fruits, delicious St Barts food, and some tangy juices. After your meal you can lie out on the sun loungers as the sun radiates in the sky, full of warmth and colour.

After some sunbathing, you can walk along the private pathways down until you reach the fringe of the water's edge. Here you can delve into the salty waters and enjoy the cool waters.

You can buy some snorkeling equipment during your stay and experience the tropical world that awaits beneath the surface. Here you might even be able to spot a sea turtle. This private beach area is fitted with comfortable beach chairs as well as parasols.

It is the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic on the soft sands. Walk along the shore and let the water lap onto your toes as you breathe in the fresh air. The main part of Marigot Bay Beach is edged by coconut palms. Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters.

Returning to the seclusion of your villa you can walk into the main living area situated off the terrace. The living areas embrace an open concept layout and enjoy the seamless transition from the interiors to the exteriors. The living room is fitted with plush and comfortable sofas and is perched opposite a high-resolution Apple television.

After spending time on the beach and under the sun you can retreat to this comfortable space and watch your favorite film or take a snooze on the comfortable seating. The room stays at a refreshing temperature always, with ceiling fans and the access to the terrace allowing the trade winds to float through. The living area is technologically equipped with a DVD player, sound system, iPod connection, CD player, selection of DVDs and a phone.

The indoor dining area has seating for eight guests and is blended with the living room and the open designed kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. The sleek and dark tiles contrast with the whitewashed walls and white glossy cabinetry. One of the walls is painted a bold red with makes the kitchen very contemporary and unique. The appliances include an oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and another phone.

In the evenings you can prepare your dinners here in style. Maybe look up some new Caribbean themed dishes or indulge in an all-time favorite. Dine alfresco as you enjoy every element of this island lifestyle. You also have the option to have a sizzling barbeque.

As you tuck into your meal you can enjoy the sun setting in the distance. As the sun sends streaks of golden light dancing across the pool you can enjoy another swim in the warm waters. As the evening fades to a deep midnight blue and the pool lights up, you can lounge out on the terrace and watch the stars as you sip on a homemade cocktail.

The villa holds a total of three freshly colored bedrooms. Each vibrant room features its own private en-suite bathroom and views of the ocean or surrounding tropical landscape.

Each room is designed identically, but each with their own distinct hue: aniseed, fuchsia, and turquoise. The rooms are furnished with luxurious queen-sized Italia beds, Artemide lamps and linens from the collections of Valerie Barkowski and Mia Zia. A remarkable blend that infuses a timeless elegance. After an eventful day or simply a day spent unwinding you can fall asleep to the sounds of the Caribbean and the ocean in the distance.

LOCATION

Eden House is perched on the sloping hillside of Marigot Bay in St Barths. Marigot is located along the northern coastline of this Caribbean Island. The Gustaf III Airport, code SBH, is a short ten to fifteen-minute drive from Eden House (5.3km).

A short stroll (200m) will lead you to the soft sandy shore of Marigot Bay Beach. By staying in Eden house, you have access to a private part of the beach fitted with sun loungers and parasols for some comforting shade. Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters. Lorient beach is another sandy beach located 2km from the villa which is a short five-minute drive. This is a great family beach as the warm shallow waters inside the coral reef are calm, so our small swimmers can play safely. It is the perfect place to go snorkeling and surfing. Here you will find the island’s surf hut and it’s here that people of all abilities can have the chance to take surf lessons.

St-Jean beach is a further 4.5km from the villa which equates to a ten-minute drive. This beach offers you something different again as it is one of the most popular beaches on the island. The beach covers a long stretch of fine golden sand and a wide range of beach and water activities. The area close to the airport is great for windsurfing and bodyboarding. Equipment can be hired from Carib Waterplay on the beach itself.
