This is a 4.800 square foot property which boasts 6 bedroom, pool room, private tennis court and swimming pool. Recently renovated back to its 18th century charm and character, Villa Oddi is certainly the place to share your time off with friends and family.

Touches of exposed brick work around the open fire place,timber flooring with long draped curtains will give you a sense of real Italian rustic charm. The comfortable seating will help you relax while reading a book or just watching tv. The dining room and living room are separated by double glass doors. Here you will fine seating for up to 10 people for family get-together or other social occasion.

The kitchen is very spacious and makes food preparation very easy for either the budding cooks in your group or a private chef who can be hired in at any time. The furnishing are all made of stained Italian wood and have the most modern of appliances and utensils. A large breakfast bar with seating stands in the middle for your long coffee mornings chats.

There are 6 bedrooms in this luxury Italian villa, 2 double rooms on the main floor. The master bedroom, another double and also a twin bedroom are located on the first floor. These rooms are all decorated beautifully and are all en suite. The pool house which is located adjacent to the main house has a twin bedroom and patio, great way for the older teenager to spend their holidays.

For your enjoyment and relaxation the villa also has its own heated swimming pool, private tennis court, wood-burning pizza oven, 82” flat screen TV and PS4. All room are air conditions and wifi is available throughout the house.
