Casa del Fiume

Welcome to Casa del Fiume, a beautifully restored 4 bedroom farm house sat on the Castiglion del Bosco estate in the Val d’Orcia region of Italy. With spectacular scenery, romantic vineyard walks and a Spa nearby it is the essence of relaxation and tranquilities. The property also boasts a luxury swimming pool and private tennis court.

When the villa was restored only the best features remained, like the stone and brick floors, beamed ceilings and the living room’s wide fireplace. With pale blue sofas, a wide coffee table, antique-style bookcases and a cheery striped rug, the living room is a cozy, inviting place to read or play games. There also a fully equipped kitchen set out beautifully with a large breakfast counter in the middle.

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house all situated on the first floor, The master bedroom has a king size bed with walk in closet and lcd TV. The 2 guest rooms have twin bed and also have lcd TV’s. All rooms are fitted with ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is in the guest house which is separate from the main house, it has a king size bed ensuite and a relaxing living area.

There is plenty to do in the area with swimming tennis and golf close by, there is a luxury Spa situated in the village centre and a choice of excellent restaurant. This is one of the nicest Tuscany Villas and is perfect for your dream vacation to Italy.
