The villa is designed to embrace the Leeward lifestyle and features a large open-plan living space. This includes comfortable seating with a large flat-screen smart TV, a spacious dining table and chairs, a kitchen bar with nine bar stools, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a sizable fridge-freezer and various appliances.

Similar in size and layout to bedroom 1, this room also offers a king-size bed and views over the main decking and pool area. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, double vanity, WC, and Smart TV.

Bedrooms 3 and 4:
Bedroom 3 features a King-sized bed, while Bedroom 4 offers two sets of bunk beds, perfect for children within a family group. These rooms share a 'Jack and Jill' style bathroom with a bath, double vanity, WC, and Smart TVs.

Bedroom 5:
This bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, double vanity, WC, and Smart TV.

• Check-in from 4PM (for early check-in requests, let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate)
• Check out by 11AM
• Before confirming your reservation, kindly be aware that you must verify your information via Know Your Guest, the premier vacation rental guest-screening provider.
• Additionally, a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $210 is mandatory. This safeguard ensures coverage for accidental damages to the property, up to $3,000, throughout your stay.

UTILITIES:
• The electricity cost in the Turks & Caicos Islands has historically been quite high-recent global increases in fuel prices have further elevated these costs to an all-time high.
• Guests must be mindful of their energy usage, particularly when using the Air Conditioning (AC).
• When using the AC, please close doors and windows to optimize efficiency.
• The vacation rental owner will cover electricity expenses up to $75.00 daily.
• On the final day of the rental period, the electricity meter will be read.
• Any usage exceeding the daily allowance will be charged to the guest's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per kilowatt-hour (KWH).
