The luxury St Barths villa is located within walking distance (450 meters) to St Jean Beach. Saint Jean is second in size to the Capital of Gustavia in St Barths and sits on the Island’s North Shore on Baie de St-Jean just over the hill from Gustavia.

St- Jean is one of the most popular and chic beaches in St Barths. It actually comprises two beaches divided in the middle by the famous and stunning Eden Rock Hotel. St Jean is also home to Nikki beach. It is a spectacular beach with pure white sand and calm turquoise waters, perfect for snorkelling. It is also a great place to people watch and to plane watch. The tiny planes come over the brow of the hill and land on the incredibly short runway at the end of the beach. If you are looking for some fun, then La Plage on St Jean beach is a good place to go on a Sunday.

As well as the beautiful Eden Rock Hotel, there are several other nice restaurants and bars along St Jean Beach. Behind the beach, just a few minutes' walk the Eden Rock, is the small town with two rows of very chic shops and some restaurants and bars.

The main restaurant at Eden Rock is also worth a mention. Aptly named “On The Rocks”, it has a beautiful atmosphere under the stars matched with fabulous internationally inspired cuisine by the world-famous chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Villa Maison Rouge is a very chic and uniquely designed contemporary villa. An outdoor terrace is truly a wonderful place for guests to admire the mesmerizing ocean views over St Jean. There is a spacious covered poolside dining terrace, lots of room to sun and lounge - and incredible views. The pool, heated in winter, offers guests a cooling dip after a day in the Sun. There is also a lovely heated Jacuzzi.

The interiors are bright and retro in style. Inside, its open floor plan includes a sunny gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room.

This luxury St Jean Villa comes with three king-size bedrooms with bath en suites. The master suite is on the main level and offers indoor and outdoor showers and a private terrace.

The second bedroom, also on this level, is in a separate pavilion and comes with a luxury king-size bedroom with a large bathroom and wonderful views. The third bedroom is located on the lower level and has a large en-suite bathroom with a private terrace.
