Welcome to Harmon Estate, a 6-bedroom Villa embedded along the coast of Costa Rica in Playa Herradura. Here the setting is an unmatched paradise with clear aqua-green waters and luxurious black-sand beaches. The surrounding garden and tropical landscape around the villa is lined with tall swaying palms and tropical vegetation.

The villa can accommodate up to twelve guests in total across its expansive outdoor living space and lavish interiors. Harmon Estate is ideally and peacefully located in an Eco Golf Community.

This 5,000 sq. Ft. estate home is filled with imported marble, granite, and hand-crafted tile and carver wood. With six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the villa is the perfect family vacation home. The Estate includes the main villa as well as two 800 sq. Ft. additional guest houses around the property.

The main exterior living space is where you will find the villas main lavish features. The large swimming pool is completely private and secluded in the tropical landscape. Walk out onto the terrace and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets this place has to offer. Slip into the pool and swim some laps or simply watch the sky melt into an array of colors. You can sit up on the inbuilt stool and enjoy a drink in the evenings from the bar under the outdoor Gazebo.

If you desire something a little bubblier than that you can always soak in the warm Jacuzzi as the day unfolds full of luxurious moments. Dine alfresco under the stars or simply as you spark up the barbeque or maybe cook a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. As you relax around the villa on the outdoor seating you can nestle with a book or enjoying the warm sun on the sun loungers.

Harmon estate is built using an elegant and chic design and layout. The rooms are well appointed with pristine white walls making the light bounce around the space elegantly and large ceiling to floor windows and glass doors. The smooth tiled floor and the high vaulted ceilings make the space airy and open.

Located off the alfresco dining area you will find the main living area. Making your way into the main living area you will find the sitting room which is built in a circular layout under a large ceiling and chandelier. Here the plush sofas sit facing the large windows which look out onto the calm waters of the swimming pool. Here there is a high-resolution television and a DVD player. The living area is slightly sunken and as you walk up two small step you are in the indoor dining room.

The dining area seats up to eight guests and blends with the living room and the kitchen. There is a small bar also, located off this area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, trash disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker. The kitchen is very modern with granite counter and smooth caramelized wooden cabinetry. The kitchen also looks out onto the pool and terrace.

The villa also has its full gym, equipped with an array or workout machines and weights to keep you fit during your vacation. The additional laundry room is located off the kitchen and is fitted with a washer and a tumble dryer. The villa includes secure Wi-Fi throughout and is designed with sounds systems, enabling you to enjoy your favorite music always.

Harmon House estate offers a total of six luxurious bedrooms. Each room has its own private en-suite bathroom as well as a high-resolution television. The main villa is where you will locate the master bedroom. This room occupies the entire top floor and enjoys a spacious room with access to a private balcony overlooking the terrace and pool area.

The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, office area, and Jacuzzi. The two additional suite bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs are on the lower level and have access out onto the terrace as well as the gym. Near the kitchen, you will find a small quarter with a full bed and TV. The two guesthouses both have a bedroom each and offer you or your guests extra privacy throughout their stay. The guest houses include their own kitchen and living area.
