Welcome to Casa Patron, a 6-bedroom luxury villa that is nestled along the coast of Costa Rica in Herradura. The villa is specifically embedded in the tropical and tranquil Vista Tres Bahias community above Colina. Here the property enjoys 5,900 sq. ft of classical colonial architecture and expansive outdoor living space with manicured gardens. The villa can accommodate up to sixteen of your loved ones and enjoys partial ocean views.

Perched on the outskirts of a tropical rain forest the surrounding area chatters softly with the sounds of monkeys, sloths, toucans, scarlet macaws, and many other exotic animals. In the early mornings you can walk out onto your secluded terrace embedded in a lush landscaped garden. Sip on your freshly brewed coffee and listen to the animal chatter softly in the distance. As the sun rises notice its shimmering light as it glistens along the surface of the free form pool. This private swimming pool is perfect to slip in to for a refreshing morning swim. As you swim a few laps or simply float along the water to can enjoy the sun touching your cheeks and start to warm the fresh air. After your swim and a delicious breakfast on the covered terrace you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers and soak up the suns radiance. As the clouds sail softly across the blue skies you can explore the landscaped gardens or maybe even roll out your yoga mat to do some relaxing stretches. The villa not only provides you with a tranquil location but also with a stunning backdrop. Dine alfresco in the evenings as the warm breezes skim across your skin. You can also indulge in a sizzling and smoky barbeque as these amenities are exclusively for you to use. In the evenings as the stars lace the nights sky you can enjoy these sparkling views from the balconies located off the games room. Unwind here before you fall asleep in your luxurious bed.

Featuring a sophisticated classical colonial style architecture, Casa Patron offers 5,900 sq. ft. of interior living space. It is a large and spacious villa that overlooks the lush rainforests and golf courses. The neighborhood provides a relaxed and secluded environment and allows you to enjoy a completely private property. The villa is only a short golf cart ride to the ocean and resorts main amenities such as the Marina and the Beach Club. The main living areas have direct access out onto the terrace and manicured gardens. The room encompasses an open design ethos as it blends naturally with the dining room and kitchen. The high vaulted ceilings and crisp tiled floors keep the rooms open and airy, allowing the breezes to float through effortlessly. The living area looks out over the covered alfresco dining table and the vivacious vegetation. It is fitted with an L shaped leather sofa and sits opposite a large 40-Inch LED HD TV and the room also offers an iPhone ready sound system. The dining table seats ten guests comfortably. The rich wooden table matches the wooden panels along the ceilings, creating a natural tone in the room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. The appliances include a stove, oven, refrigerator, trash disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker. The main living areas throughout the villa feature central air-conditioning and a fully equipped laundry room.

The Villa features its own private games room. This room is very modern with smooth rich wooden floors and high vaulted ceilings. There is a large 50-inch HD television on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite film on cooler evenings, snuggled on the sofa. The main feature of the room is the Championship pool-table. The room has a foosball table also for some fun games as dinner is being prepared! There is also a Poker Table, darts board and decorative slot machine. There is a large elongated bar that seats four guests. Here you can mix up some drinks for your summer barbeque and relax on the private balcony and sip on your cocktail. The balcony overlooks the property and has outdoor seating. You could even dine alfresco. There is an office located off the games room with a desk, high-speed internet and a phone for complimentary calls from and to the USA and Canada.

Casa Patron has a total of six luxurious bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are two Master Bedrooms which both feature king-sized beds and private En-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms include 40-inch LED Televisions. Four of the guest bedrooms bathrooms offer 32-inch LED TVs. Two of these guest room features their own private en-suite bathroom and large double beds, while the remaining two share access to a large bathroom along the same private hallway. The rooms are spacious and encompass an elegant and simplistic design. This intriguing split-level home was specifically designed for large families and groups to enjoy the spacious rooms and living space as well as being located in a central location.
