Welcome to Casa Oasis, a 5-bedroom villa that is located along the coast of Costa Rica in Playa Herradura. The villa is part of the exclusive Eco golfing community within the exquisite Resort of Los Suenos. This large five-star resort offers you a profusion of amenities surrounding your villa as well as your own private and elegant property. The villa boasts of 6,000 sq. ft, and expansive outdoor living areas. The property can accommodate up to fourteen guests.

The terrace embeds the large private swimming pool this property has to offer. As you walk out onto the terrace in the mornings or after a day of exploring the resort, it is the perfect place to slip into the waters for a refreshing swim. The pool is curved around a swim up bar sunken to meet the pool level. The built-in stools offer you the chance to have a drink within the pool itself. Enjoy the smooth crystal-clear waters at any time. The Jacuzzi is also an option. In the evening you can soak in the warm bubbly waters with a glass of wine from the bar if you wish. During the day you can lounge out on the decked terrace that overlooks the lush rainforests. Here you can relax on the sun loungers and feel the suns warmth skim across your skin. If it gets too hot you can retreat to the shaded seating area located off the living room. There is a small alfresco dining area here on the decked terrace where you can enjoy an evening meal or a summer barbeque, surrounded by your loved ones. The dining area seats six guests and enjoys the most incredible views especially during the sunrise and sunsets.

The villa was built using classical colonial architecture, creating a sophisticated villa based over two floors. The rooms carry an open concept ethos, where the blend between the exteriors and the interior blend harmoniously. Each room is furnished with vibrant art pieces and built using natural materials such as smooth stone tiles, caramelized wooden panels, and pristine white walls. Walking into the main entrance hall of the villa you will find the main living areas to the left. The open plan room blends the dining room, living room, and kitchen together. The Living area is fitted with plush and comfortable sofas. There is a large plasma television on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite film on cooler evenings, snuggled on the sofa. The room has a foosball table also for some fun games as dinner is being prepared! In the corner of the living area is the bar, here you can mix up some drink for your summer barbeque and relax on the terrace as you sip on your cocktail.

The dining area is closer to the kitchen in a circular cove of the room. The dining table seats four of your guests and looks out over the vast golf views and the crisp waters of the private pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. The appliances include a stove, an oven, refrigerator, trash disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker. The kitchen has an island counter that seats an additional four guests. The main living areas are fitted with air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature during your stay. You can also allow the breezes to float through the home. The laundry facilities are located along the entrance hall after the stairs.


The villa has a total of five luxurious bedrooms and five bathrooms. Here are three bedrooms located on the lower level of the villa. One of the bedrooms has access to the main terrace and pool area. Each room features its own private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The rooms each have high-resolution televisions. The master suite is located on the top floor along with another guestroom. The master suite has an additional jetted jacuzzi bathtub and access onto a private balcony. This overlooks captivating golf and rainforest views.
