Villa Le Macine consists of three adjacent buildings. The central Villa and the pretty annexes (Il Rosmarino and Il Leccio) provide an array of living quarters meticulously brought into the 21st century.

Each day, you will be transported by the gentle sound of the Pesa River that recalls the ancient past of this historic water mill. The hillside location enjoys wonderful sun and soft breezes. The modern kitchen is the idyllic place to conjure some delicious feasts. The surrounding region is the place to source fresh ingredients, wine, bread, olives, and cured meats. The spacious "Antique Room" suite with a large, luxurious private bathroom and travertine shower is spectacular. On the first floor, a bright living room has a central truss and a fireplace, creating a convivial atmosphere.

From this floor, there is access to the "I Cipressi" and "Il Susino" suites, both with elegant ensuite bathrooms. The "I Cipressi" suite also features a freestanding bathtub overlooking the gorgeous gardens. Finally, the "Le Macine" suite on the garden floor has a private patio and ensuite bathroom.

Villa Le Macine has retained the ancient mill room, and guests love to see the centuries-old millstones still preserved.

The two annexes provide the remaining accommodation. The two-story Rosemary Suite (Il Rosmarino) is on the left of the main building. On its ground floor is a beautiful double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and patio access. The upper level has a loft with two single beds. This pretty space has views across the pool.

The second annex, Il Leccio, is located opposite the main Villa. This beautiful self-contained space has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, and a double bedroom with an open shower.
