Welcome to Villa Fleda, a stately 7-bedroom villa that commands a fantastic view of the picturesque Tuscan countryside, at the heart of Chianti, Italy.

Situated on about twenty acres of fertile farmland filled with vineyards and olive groves, Villa Fleda sits at the heart of a land that is lovingly cultivated and admired for its natural beauty. The stone walls and terracotta tiles that are typical of Tuscan abodes dress the exterior of this elegant building, with beautifully manicured lawns and gardens surrounding it on multiple levels. Several patio areas with an array of comfortable furnishings are ready and waiting, so that guests may take full advantage of the wonderful views and quiet, peaceful surroundings that Fleda offers. Just a short stroll through the garden and passing numerous sun loungers along the way, an infinity-edge outdoor plunge pool and a sizeable swimming pool overlooking the rolling hills are framed by a stone terrace; the cool waters pose a tempting invitation after a spell of sunbathing in the balmy climate.

Inside, a blend of classic furniture and decor with a contemporary flair decorates the villa. Elegant chandeliers suspended from the strong wooden beams overhead cast a warm glow onto an eclectic but tasteful combination of furnishings, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The large hearth is the perfect place to retire with a digestif after dinner in the evenings, enjoying the heat of the crackling fire while resting in the comfortable wing-backed chairs.

Not only is there a pool outside, but the lower floor of the villa is home to an indoor swimming pool, with a heating feature, that may be enjoyed at any time.
Tiled with mosaic patterns and featuring hydro jets, and waterfalls and providing a fabulous view out to the spectacular scenery, guests can enjoy their very own indoor aquatic sanctuary of relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen can cater to any culinary requirement that is thrown at it, with an array of state-of-the-art appliances. It resides next to a dining area that can accommodate up to ten people. Several dining options are available, indoors and out; you may find that the expansive outdoor patio table beneath the shade is the most popular contender. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbeque, so for an authentic al fresco dinner with an amazing view, the complete outdoor dining experience is certain to appeal the most.

Luxurious beds and bedding grace each of the sizeable bedrooms, all of which host a plush queen-sized bed to sink into at the end of the day. Neutral colors and the essentials for bedroom furnishings allow for an environment that encourages guests to fully unwind. En-suite bathrooms are also available to each room, and several are equipped with large bathtubs.

Villa Fleda is part of a Tuscan estate where two other villas are located nearby. These can also be rented together or separately. Guests' privacy is guaranteed.

• Security deposit: €1,500 to be held at the agency
• Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
