LA PERLA PALAIS:
La Perla Palais offers guests five beautiful bedrooms making it perfect for a larger family group. The superbly appointed 'La Perla Palais" features three master suites exquisitely designed from Lulu by YSL interiors. The residence welcomes visitors with a big outdoor chess game in the tropical gardens and a sweeping staircase leading to the main reception area.

The extravagant, grandly scaled living area opens to an extensive terrace and an impressive pool that overlooks the beach, crystalline waters, and distant coastline curves. The terrace has lounging and dining areas perfect for al-fresco entertaining. From the pool terrace, guests can walk to a private beach area with comfortable loungers raised from the shoreline.

In the Main Living Salon, we have a new highlight designed and crafted by an Epoxy Artist. It's a bar perfect for cocktail preparation, show cooking, quick warm-ups, butler service, receptions, etc. But, of course, the chef will still use his private kitchen to prepare delicious meals for you and your guests.

The villa has a superb, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Miele fittings and a second professionally equipped service kitchen. Along the terrace area are the three fabulous master suites: Klimt, Venetian, and Lulu, each with very large and lavish en-suite bathrooms with Dornbracht fittings and air-conditioned walk-in closets. The villa is air-conditioned and has superb amenities, including a media room, a fitness room, on-site professional advice, a spa with a Jacuzzi and massage table.

Bedroom 4: (New Bedroom black and white) King Bed, Fan, AC, TV, Ocean View, Ensuite Bath (it was the previous kitchen room)
Bedroom 5: (New Bedroom Safari style bedroom) Queen Bed, 2 Fans, AC, TV, Ocean View, Ensuite Bath, smaller from layout and smaller Spacing than the others.

Please Note: Bedroom 5 is attached to bedroom 4 (so perfect for smaller children and their parents). It also can be accessed from the outside in case the client wishes for privacy, and the in-between door can be locked.

LA PERLA CLASSIC:
La Perla Classic is a lovely one-bedroom beachfront villa, ideal for a couple looking for more privacy while enjoying a group vacation.

The villa has a wonderfully spacious feel, helped in no small way by the decor, comprised of white, cream, and taupe notes. This airiness is further enhanced by a beautiful, pillared porch that looks onto the private pool and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The salubrious living area has sumptuous, kitten-soft sofas from which you can hear the soothingly insistent sea lapping against the beach. This area coincides with the kitchen, where cooking becomes a delight.

The designer had a taste in equine statuary, and the villa has many fine examples of gold and silver-hued sculptures that enhance this luxury villa's magnificence. La Perla Classic is tastefully illuminated at night and can be seen easily as you return from a romantic evening stroll along the warm sands and through the balmy dusk of St Martin.

The bedroom features a King-sized bed decked in unctuous, velvety throws and is, as one would expect, big and very, very comfortable.

La Perla Bianca is another wonderful one-bedroom property located on the beachfront. The interiors of La Perla Bianca are elegant yet also very contemporary. As you enter the villa to the pool and turquoise seas beyond, the view is stunning.

The living room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows the whole way across, opens right up onto the swimming pool deck, making La Perla Bianca the perfect place to enjoy indoor/outdoor living to its fullest.

The bedroom in the property features a King-sized bed. La Perla Bianca is the perfect love nest for romantics and honeymooners.

LOCATION:
La Perla Estate is located on the beautiful Baie Rouge Beach in St Martin. Baie Rouge is one of the nicest St. Martin Beaches and is located on the island's west coast in Terre Basses. The beach is one of the most intimate and quiet and is perfect for enjoying a morning walk along a large stretch of almost deserted sand. Baie rouge is aptly named due to the pinkish-colored sand you will find there.

The beach offers wonderful views of Anguilla in the distance and the cliffs protecting the beach on the west. Baie Rouge Beach in St Martin is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and bird watching. There are two beach bars located on Baie Rouge. You can choose between Gus' Beach Bar and Grill, which has great fish, and Chez Raymond. Parking is also available at the entrance, and beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.
