While the property is located in the private and exclusive residential area of Les Terres Basses, you also have the added benefit of being close to the wonderful amenities, restaurants, and nightlife the French and Dutch side of the island offers.

Spread across two levels; the property boasts six large bedrooms and six beautiful bathrooms. Three bedrooms are master suites, each beautifully designed to the highest standard of comfort and luxury. In addition, three bedrooms are located on the property's upper level and boast access to the main pool and terrace.

The other three bedrooms are located on the lower floor, and two have direct access to the second pool on the property. So whichever bedroom you find yourself in, you are guaranteed to be comfortable and have a lovely view.

The main heated swimming pool on the property is located at the entrance to the reception living area. Infinity Blue is a fully enclosed property offering complete privacy and wind-free living. There are large sunbeds on the outdoor terrace, eight poster daybeds, lounging areas, and a large, fully fitted outdoor kitchen and bar with covered dining area seating twelve guests.

The large open-plan living room includes multiple areas for lounging and dining, with large comfortable sofas, widescreen TV, a large indoor dining table with seating for twelve, a pool table, and a bar and breakfast area.
Infinity Blue has a beautiful bar between the living room and kitchen. This is a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee, breakfast with your loved ones, or even a delicious cocktail in the evening. Opposite the bar, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen. The large windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful ocean views while filling the space with light.

Stepping through the glass doors in the property that line the front of the living room, a large 640 square ft covered terrace offers a further dining area for twelve guests. Lounge areas are complimented by a beautiful ocean backdrop completed by 2600 square ft multi-leveled terraces with two gazebos sitting at the ocean’s edge. Here you can relax in the cozy seating areas and enjoy the music of the surf from sunrise to sunset.

An opened-air hot tub sits on a separate terrace, easily accessible by the main terraces and the master bedroom.
