Bedrooms at La Mer South are located across three levels: sea and garden level, pool and main level, and accessible by stairs or elevator.

All bedrooms comprise standard luxury amenities. They include an en-suite bathroom with shower and luxury toiletries, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen televisions, and wireless Sonos audio. Bedrooms 8 and 9 are exceptions with a shared bathroom.

Master Bedrooms 1 and 2 at La Mer Villa South feature king beds and double vanity sinks, and Master Bedroom 1 has sweeping views of Sapodilla Bay. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and sofa bed. Bedrooms 4, 6, and 7 all have king beds. Bedroom 5 is the children's bunkhouse with three beds to accommodate up to 6 children. Sofa beds in Master 2, Bedroom 3, and Bedroom 5 convert into full beds to accommodate large parties up to 24.
