Offering a spacious living area with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a powder room, Villa Kisiwa House is located in Grace Bay, ideal for vacationers who want to enjoy the sun and sand of Turks and Caicos. The home blends East African influences with colonial Caribbean architecture, a wonderful combination, to offer something unique for travellers who demand the best.

This villa offers various pieces of Kenyan fabrics, furniture, and décor that fit with a more traditional tropical style. The main home is two stories and offers five bedrooms, three with king beds and two with twin beds. Each of the bedrooms in this beautiful villa offers excellent ocean views and ensuite bathrooms. Each room also provides peace and privacy to each guest. Having a sanctuary to return to after a wonderful day in paradise is a wonderful attraction of this home.

The property also boasts a one-bedroom cottage with a private bathroom and a king bed. This space is perfect for a couple, or any guests looking for extra peace and personal space.

• Reserve a stay of seven nights or more at Kisiwa House and receive a complimentary half day boat charter for up to 12 guests.
• Guest count above 10 to a maximum of 12 will require transportation to the Marina to board a larger boat. (transportation not included)
• Should be booked at time of reservation and is subject to availability.
• Half day charter must be taken within the first three days of arrival.
• Half Day Charters are available between 8AM -12Noon and 1PM – 5PM.
• The boat charter is operated by Big Blue Collective on their 32ft power catamaran M/V Kusi for 10 guests and below.
• The half day charter includes refreshments and snorkel gear.
• The half day boat charter may be upgraded to a full day, change to a larger boat or a scuba diving trip.
• Upgrades are subject to availability from Big Blue Collective at an additional cost to the guest.
