A small wooden bridge straddles a pond of water lilies and reeds where koi carp peacefully swim. This is bordered on one side by a wall of pebbles over which freshening water flows. There are two beautiful Buddha’s at the end of the bridge further enhancing your sense of peace.

As you enter the stunning living room through spectacular round glass sliding doors covered in beautiful orchids, the view over the terrace, infinity pool and beyond to the aquamarine sea and incredible view will literally take your breath away. Set discreetly on the hillside above beautiful Marigot Beach and Bay with views of Turtle Island and the Mont Jean Hillside

The incredibly beautiful décor at Villa Jade is appointed with authentic Balinese and Asian artefacts and hand loomed fabrics. Each piece of furniture is literally a piece of art. Behind the main door, two 17th century samurai soldiers stand guard. There are 14 Moooi lamps hanging at varying heights from the ceiling. You will also notice the television cabinet; the only one of its kind in the world. This piece was specially commissioned for the Villa, as in fact were most of the other decorative pieces of furniture.

The accommodation at Villa Jade is divided into five separate Cottages which are set in magnificent tropical gardens on different levels of the hillside.

The main house comprises of the exquisite sitting area, open plan kitchen and two bedrooms. This main house area features huge floor to ceiling sliding doors leading directly onto the incredible terrace which runs the full length of the main house. The terrace features covered outdoor living and dining areas, the stunning infinity edge pool, and a gazebo with a wide day bed and supremely comfortable sun loungers.

Jade has eight bedrooms in all, with five housed in separate pavilions and a three-bedroom family wing in the main house. The handsome Asian-themed master suite is king-sized, and king-bedded with a sitting area and a dressing room lined with closets. Its en suite bath has a wealth of special features, double-sized indoor and showers, and a private WC with a bidet. Glass sliders open to a gazebo with a family-size day bed. There are two children’s bedrooms, each with a queen bed; one opens to a "kids section" of the deck and the other to a small enclosed play area. They share a bath.

Each of the three additional master suites (king beds) is privately housed in a separate pavilion with a deck overlooking the Bay. Each is differently and exquisitely decorated, chic and modern yet, keeping with the Zen motif. There’s a "Chinese Room" incorporating abacuses into the design and the photos in the "Japan Room" provide a window into the world of geishas. Closet space is plentiful, and the en suite baths have double vanities and outside showers with sea views. Desks, TVs, and sound systems make them true retreats. There are two lower-level bungalows; one with an en suite bedroom (king –convertible to twins) is suitable for staff.

The other houses a spacious studio-style suite, down a few levels from the main house, it is nicely private. It has a king bed, a well-appointed bath and a living area for relaxing and TV viewing. A built-in credenza contains a wet bar and mini-fridge. The furnished sea-facing verandah is a special bonus.


Further facilities include an air-conditioned fitness room with a full range of aerobic and body-building devices and a really beautiful cinema room with supremely comfortable chairs for enjoying the latest movie.

Villa Jade has harmoniously combined two different worlds. East with west and tradition with modernity. It is the perfect place to revitalize in a lush private paradise.

Air-conditioned gym room w/ various body-building devices, treadmill... This fitness area also has a Sauna, an en suite bathroom, a large shower with Rainfall Stainless Steel Square Shower Head in the massage room.
