Welcome to Villa Edunia, a wonderful four-bedroom villa in the Lurin area of St Barts. Excellently located close to the bustling town of Gustavia as well as Gouverneur beach (among our personal top five St Barts beaches), Edunia is a perfect place for a vacation with loved ones. Named in honor of Eduardo Kac, who’s artwork is displayed throughout the property, Edunia is tastefully designed and decorated. Spread across two levels, this villa provides privacy and comfort for you and your guests, so you can enjoy all that this stunning Caribbean island has to offer.

Edunia’s heated infinity pool is a dream come true! Gaze out onto the beautiful bay as you float around, taking in the magnificent contrast between the lush greenery and the deep blue water. Surrounded by tropical palms, Edunia is sure to make you feel as though you’ve arrived in paradise. Climb out of the pool and dry off underneath a parasol on one of the many sun loungers which face out to sea. Alternatively, enjoy the lovely outdoor terrace, with its many comfortable sofas. Feel the ocean breeze on your skin as you read a great book or chat with your guests.

If you prefer to relax indoors, the beautiful living area is the perfect spot. Accessed from the poolside terrace through large sliding glass doors, the living room is a space of elegance and tranquillity. Lay out on one of the plush white sofas or matching chairs while watching your favorite show on the HD flatscreen TV. This open-plan room is decorated with Kac’s artwork, which perfectly complements the earthy tones found throughout the villa.

Move seamlessly from the living room to the kitchen, thanks to the room’s open design, and you will find everything you need for your stay in paradise. The kitchen is complete with an oven, toaster, and dishwasher, perfectly equipped for you and your guests to cook whatever you fancy. And when it’s cocktail time, you will find a blender, citrus juicer, and an ice machine, so you need look no further! In the mornings, the breakfast bar is a great place to have your morning coffee with a stunning view.

In the evening time, enjoy a spectacular sunset from the terrace dining area. The large outdoor dining table caters to up to eight guests, allowing you to have dinner together with a truly special view. If you prefer a more casual dining experience, you will find an additional outdoor dining area at the back of the property nestled amongst tropical vegetation, with a table, chairs, and gas barbecue.

After dinner, you are sure to fall into a deep slumber in one of the luxurious king-size beds. Boasting incredible ocean views, each air-conditioned room is also complete with a dressing room and safe. Three bedrooms can be found on the main level on either side of the pool, while the master room can be found on the lower level. Two of the three main level rooms have private balconies, and the master suite has its own kitchenette, terrace, and private access. All four of Edunia’s bedrooms are ensuite, with a large shower, hairdryer, and complimentary bath towels. At Villa Edunia, you are bound to have the most wonderful vacation in St Barts.
