This beautifully decorated Villa sits amid mature gardens filled with flowering shrubs. There is ample space for up to 20 guests to relax, play and rejuvenate. A lovely private infinity-edged pool surrounded by green and lustrous landscaping provides a secluded space for a swim.

This large Italian Estate comprises a main Villa set over three stories and an adjacent self-contained annex. Both properties sit side by side, ensuring that a group vacationing together is never far apart.

There is a wonderful sense of space throughout the Estate that reaches down a gated driveway, and guests enjoy a sense of seclusion within the boundary of this beautiful Italian home.

The ambiance throughout both properties is one of contemporary country chic. Floral chintz fabrics, elegant wallpapers, and comfy sofas and beds create a charming and luxurious palette. Each room is unique. Any renovation projects have tastefully and carefully retained the natural grandeur of the property while adding necessary modern features.

Unfinished stone walls that recall the property's history sit comfortably with modern lighting, soft rugs, and timber-beamed ceilings. Several beautiful sitting rooms, some with wood-burning fireplaces, create that romantic Tuscan experience.

Villa Chiara's ground floor has a large entry hallway with a living space and piano. There is a grand open-plan dining and living room where guests can congregate and enjoy meals. Three separate kitchens on this floor provide lots of space for your designated cooks to embrace their culinary skills. There is terrace access from the kitchens and other rooms, which is great for taking your delicious food outdoors. One of the ten bedrooms is located at the ground floor level, and it enjoys pool views and an independent entrance.

The Main Villa, second floor, is accessed by an internal staircase and has another relaxed sitting room with a fireplace, a lovely quiet space where guests can congregate to decompress and chat. Seven bedrooms are distributed across the second floor of Villa Chiara, each beautifully decorated to complement the style of the property.

The spa center is located on the lower floor of the Villa, and it’s where you can access the sauna, the jacuzzi tub with beautiful views, and the massage room. A fitness center has two cardio machines, a shower, and a changing room.

A few steps from the main Villa is the annex. This self-contained property has two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This separate living space might be ideal for guests who like extra privacy from the main group.

The grounds of Villa Chiara are a combination of furnished, paved terraces, lush green lawns, well-maintained gardens, and a pool terrace.
