Casa Iscaja is a 3-level upside down property occupying over 5,300 square feet and offering spacious living areas both inside and out. Wide spacious terraces encompass both of the top floors, providing breath taking views from all angles. There are areas of relaxation all about the property, both in or out of the shade and there is ample space for everybody to spend time together or to slip away for time alone.

Inside, the home is elegant and relaxing, filled with natural light and decorated in soothing neutral shades providing an air of tranquillity. Custom made furniture and native Costa Rican décor merge beautifully to create a space of calm and comfort. There are living areas both inside the villa and outside on the spacious terraces where pristine and comfortable sofas and chairs provide wonderful spaces for relaxation. A separate TV room enables guests to watch their favourite TV program or movie in peace and comfort, away from those who prefer to converse. The ultra-modern Chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare superb meals for your guests and a breakfast bar with seating for 5 provides a marvellous spot for guests to sit and chat with the cook while enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen leads directly out onto the chic wooden dining table on the terrace, complete with Gas BBQ Grill, overlooking the infinity pool and ocean beyond.

Casa Iscaja features four elegant bedrooms with the Master Suite situated on the top floor to maximise your views of the surrounding lush vegetation and the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower floor. Each bedroom is air conditioned and each has an en suite bathroom. In this jungle oasis, you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the coastline below.

Outside, you can step down from the terrace into the beautiful saltwater infinity pool. Sun Loungers are placed beside the pool for the sun worshippers in your group. Here is a perfect spot for relaxing, reading a book or simply soaking up the suns’ rays and enjoying the sounds of the nature surrounding you.
