This beautiful property is located in the Los Delfines Golf and Country Club - a gate-guarded, oceanfront community comprised of 134 acres and 6 kilometers of exceptional beachfront. Guests staying at Amor Del Mar can use the community’s amenities, such as the golf course, the Rancho restaurant, the bar, the clubhouse, etc.

This spacious villa boasting five luxurious bedrooms will be a haven for its guests. All bedrooms in the villa feature en-suite bathrooms, providing maximum privacy for its guests. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor, allowing easy access. Offering eight beds - one king in the Master and seven queen-size beds in the other four bedrooms, this property is perfect for a group of family or friends looking to enjoy a memorable beachfront vacation.

The master bedroom in the property is oceanfront and offers surf views as well as access to a covered beachfront patio. Step out in the morning and bask in the early sun, guaranteed to set you at ease for the rest of the day.

A spiral staircase in the living room leads to a second-floor Sky Room, a social area with a refrigerator and mini-bar with beautiful panoramic ocean and beach views. This space leads to an outside, open-air Sky Deck with tables and chairs and sunshade umbrellas. Spend evenings out here as the sun sets. Being surrounded by your loved ones in the most wonderful setting, you will never want to leave.

Staff at the property will be on hand to ensure you enjoy a fantastic vacation without lifting a finger. Daily maid service, on-site concierge assistance, gardening, and pool care are all provided. A private chef can also provide a weekly meal plan for an additional cost. Enjoying cuisine from the local region is just one of the small luxuries you can enjoy while on vacation in Costa Rica.

A complimentary pool and beach toys are provided for those who long for activities and adventure. These include six boogie boards and a variety of inflatables that you can enjoy using to ride the surf. Or, on calmer days, you can float and soak in the warm sun as the refreshing waters lap over you.

If you wish to recharge your mental batteries, you can use the oceanfront infinity pool. Here you can slip into the soothing waters and enjoy a refreshing beverage of your choosing.

Villa Amor del Mar is also located within a scarlet macaw wildlife regeneration zone, and the colorful birds frequent the almendro trees on the property. You may even see monkeys and iguanas scamper across the grass or in the trees, and occasionally, a Costa Rican deer will cross on the beach. Also, the villa boasts a wood-burning firepit area next to the beach for nighttime get-togethers. This will be the perfect way to end a day in this exceptional paradise.

Our dedicated concierge service can arrange a full selection of local tours. Some providers, like horseback riding tours and half-day fishing tours, will pick up guests directly from the beach in front of the villa to start the adventure. Guided tours through the beautiful national parks of the region will give you a fantastic insight into the profusion of wildlife. Interestingly, there are more bird species in Costa Rica than in the USA and Canada combined. Pretty impressive! Chatty toucans and somnambulant sloths can be seen as you drive around. After a few days in Costa Rica, you’ll get very good at spotting the natives.

If you are a water baby and drawn to all things marine, the quality of deep-sea diving or scuba diving is memorable. If you prefer to keep your feet dry, join one of the amazing boat tours. Getting close to a whale and her calf is one of those bucket list moments. All tours are regulated to ensure that the trip is safe for our large fellow mammals and humans.

To get into the way of life in Costa Rica, you will have to try the divine locally roasted coffee. There are delicious smooth local brewery ales for something with a little more punch.

ADDITIOINAL INFORMATION:
Full-time, chauffeured ground transportation can be arranged so you can do your own exploring. The price would be approximate. $250 - 300 per day with an English-speaking driver with gas included, depending on the capacity of the comfortable, air-conditioned van.

The price includes free transportation to and from the local Tambor airport, which is about a 5-minute ride. The best way to get here is to fly into the San Jose International Airport and take a local 20-minute hop flight over the Gulf of Nicoya, a breathtakingly beautiful experience.

A charter flight would not be much more for ten or more people. Sansa Airlines and Green Airways both can arrange charter flights. Hansel, the concierge, will be there to greet the guests at the Tambor airport, TMU, and take them to Villa Amor del Mar in comfortable ground transportation, which is included. All guests are served to welcome pina coladas and generous snacks upon arrival.

The staff of four includes an English / Spanish speaking concierge, Hansel, which is available at all times, but comes by several times a day to make sure the guests are happy, acts as a translator, presents tours, and will stay there during daylight and evening hours, how much or how little hours with which the guests feel comfortable. When guests are present, the maid, pool, and groundskeeping service is seven days a week. The maid also will do personal laundry. The groundsman, Henry, takes care of the pool and gardens and is there to move lounge chairs to the beach, etc. Our chefs, Silvia and/or Helen, are available if the meal plan is taken and have been with us for nine years.

Check-in and Check-out:
Normal check-in is 3 PM. Exceptions can be made if there is no prior group leaving. Check-out time is 10 AM, but that could be extended if no other group arrives that day.
