The property's outdoor area also features an oceanfront patio, a sundeck, and comfortable lounge chairs. The indoor seating area overlooks the outdoor patio and onto the ocean below. This wonderful blend of indoor and outdoor living creates a perfect vacation home.

The gourmet kitchen in the villa is appointed to meet the chef's needs, so if you prefer to use your culinary skills, you will find everything you need.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Main Master Suite:
The master suite is the epitome of Costa Rican comfort and luxury. Accessed by a staircase of terra-cotta-colored ventilation blocks, this room will be a serene oasis for its guests. A king-size bed is in the center of the room, leading to a deck outside overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the infinity pool. Begin your morning by stepping out and basking in the delightful morning sun. The sounds of crashing waves will make you feel instantly at peace.

The back patio of the master suite looks out over the garden and jungle. The jacuzzi tub overlooks the beach and ocean, and the oceanfront patio is located directly to the left.

Guest Master Suite:
The guest master suite offers almost the same amenities as the master suite. These include the oceanfront balcony. Take advantage of this space and enjoy a morning yoga session with a sea view as a backdrop. We couldn’t imagine a more soothing location.

From your king-size bed, you can enjoy the flow through sea breeze ventilation, or if you prefer, air conditioning is available. The Jacuzzi-style whirlpool tub has views of the beach and ocean.

Guest Bedrooms:
Two of the guest bedrooms are located upstairs. Immediately to the right of the main entrance is a separate private entrance to two additional upstairs guest bedrooms on the west side of the villa through a vaulted ceiling stairway. Both have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a television.

Two downstairs bedrooms: The ocean-side downstairs bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront patio overlooking the infinity pool. The rear garden-setting bedroom has two queen beds.

A guest bathroom is also located in the downstairs living area.

ACTIVITIES:
There is no shortage of things to do in Costa Rica. The villa and Tango Mar Resort offer abundant activities for all to enjoy. Boogie boards are supplied to adventurous guests that want to play in the surf. Explore the tide pools, swim in the warm ocean, take hikes to a nearby waterfall, horseback riding by the surf, monkeys, wildlife watching, and cultural experiences.

There are also tours in the locality that our dedicated concierge can arrange for you. Equally, if there is a special event like a birthday or anniversary, we can help with the entertainment, maybe a bonfire on the beach? The possibilities here are endless.

Dining on authentic cuisine is one of our favorite activities when visiting a new country. At Oceano, this is no exception. A chef can create sumptuous meal plans. Guests are treated to the best local and international dishes prepared with fresh seafood, lobster, organic vegetables, and hormone-free local filet mignon – three full meals with snacks.

Specific dietary needs can be met for vegetarians and vegans. Children’s menus are offered, and of course, preferences are respected.

WEDDINGS:
If a tropical wedding is what you’re dreaming of, Casa Oceano will be a dream destination for you. Envision walking down to a beach, surrounded by tropical bouquets of ginger flowers and palm leaves, among the glow of tiki torches for you to follow. At the same time, colorful ribbons flow in the soft, warm breezes the ocean provides. Surrounded by a group of your loved ones as the water splashes on the shore. We can’t think of anything more perfect.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
• Chauffeured ground transportation can be arranged so you can do your own exploring. The price would be approximately $250 per day with an English-speaking driver with gas included, depending on the capacity of the comfortable, air-conditioned van.

• Included in the price is free transportation to and from the local Tambor airport. The best way to get here is to fly into the San Jose International Airport and take a local 20-minute hop flight over the Gulf of Nicoya, a breathtakingly beautiful experience.

• For ten or more people, a charter flight would not be much more. Sansa Airlines and Green Airways both can arrange charter flights.

• Normal check-in is 3 PM. Exceptions can be made if there is no prior group leaving. However, guests arriving early can leave their luggage in Casa Oceano, for instance, when we pick them up from the Tambor, TMU, airport early. After leaving their luggage in Casa Oceano, they could hang out at the "El Rancho," about 60 steps down the beach, and have something to eat, drink, and enjoy the waves breaking on the beach until Casa Oceano is ready. Check-out time is 10 AM, but that could be extended if no other group arrives that day.
