Welcome to Casa Cenizaro, an exquisite private residence in the celebrated Los Suenos resort in Costa Rica.

This beautiful six-bedroom Villa with central air conditioning is part of the new Fairway Estate community and enjoys a tropical setting surrounded by a fabulous golf course and the lush Pacific rainforest.

Developed over two levels, Casa Cenizaro is a masterclass in contemporary living. A large, open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen are surrounded on two sides by retractable glass doors that can easily slide back to connect the stylish interiors with the refined external spaces.

The exterior terrace has a beautiful pool surrounded by a sleek patio. The outdoor hot tub is another feature that will add further pleasure to your relaxing vacation.

The décor throughout Casa Cenizaro is tasteful and luxurious. Plush sofas, comfortably easy chairs, high-grade fabrics, linens, and rugs combine to create a multi-layered neutral palette that compliments the rich green of the surrounding landscape.

Casa Cenizaro has six bedrooms and five ensuite bathrooms. The elegant master suite is on the ground floor. It has a large ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and lovely views of the gardens. The upper level has three stylish bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Interestingly, a second sitting room with a TV is located at this level. An ideal base for younger guests whose viewing interests may differ from the adults in the group.

The final two bedrooms are detached from the main Villa and share an ensuite bathroom. Again, these bedrooms offer refined furnishings and finish with lovely garden views.

Dining at Casa Cenizaro is a pleasure. The beautiful kitchen has a double fridge, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen, living room, and indoor dining spaces are in one large open-plan format, so whoever is tasked with meal prep will never be far from the group.

The indoor dining setting looks across the terrace to the pool area. There's also a lovely outdoor dining setting for those alfresco lunches and dinners. In addition, there's a pool pavilion with casual seating, perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail.

GETTING HERE:
There are many flight choices to Costa Rica, with regular services from many of the larger US and Canadian centers.

The nearest international airport to Casa Cenizaro is Juan Santamaria International Airport (San Jose Airport SJO), which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

Guests flying into SJO can rent a car, arrange a private van collection, or transfer by helicopter. There is a helipad at Los Suenos Resort.
