This contemporary six-bedroomed Villa has a wonderful hillside location in the Vista Bahia neighborhood of Los Suenos. An ideal vacation property for a family or couples, this beautiful residence with a large private pool and outdoor heated jacuzzi is perfectly poised to provide a beautiful and comfortable base from which to discover the charms of Costa Rica.

Casa Blue Sail has central A/C and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests who can enjoy lots of indoor and outdoor space to decompress, relax, and reboot. The large master suite has direct access to the pool terrace. There are three additional bedrooms within the main Villa. The adjacent attached Casita, with a private entrance, has two connected bedrooms with one shared ensuite. This Villa design would work well for a multigenerational family who like a little extra sense of self-containment.

Arriving at Casa Blue Sail, you will be drawn to the sweeping views of the Ocean. The large living room, adjacent dining, and kitchen areas overlook this incredible and ever-changing vista. The retractable glass doors allow the fabulous indoor and outdoor to merge seamlessly. In addition to the beautiful ocean views, Casa Blue Sail is surrounded by lush tropical hills. Green, dense foliage, contrasting with the lovely blue ocean, covers the softly rolling terrain.

Guests will adore lazy days lounging by the pool or unwinding in the heated jacuzzi, watching the play of light across this naturally captivating landscape.

This elegant property is beautifully finished. The natural timber features of the modern kitchen units, doors, and architraves complement sleek tiled flooring in a soft, neutral shade. Plush sofas in the living room and covered terraces provide comfortable spaces for guests to relax and gather. There are large TVs – one in the living room and another on the terrace - perfect for keeping up to date with the world.

The formal indoor dining space is beautifully appointed and adjacent to the modern, sleek kitchen. This open-plan design is wonderful as it allows the designated cooks within your party to stay close to the action as they prepare some memorable feasts. The large glass windows and doors bring much light into this space, allowing guests to embrace the natural beauty.

There is a large covered furnished terrace. In addition to the relaxed seating, there is an outdoor dining setting with a barbecue grill. The views are fabulous. The Ocean, the green valley, and the tropical hills showcase the best of Costa Rica.

The Villa's large L-shaped outdoor swimming pool is stunning. Neatly bordered by high hedging, there is a lovely sense of privacy while you sunbathe and relax, enjoying unimpeded coastline views. There are sun loungers and chairs around the terrace area, where guests can nap, read and sunbathe.

A stay at Casa Blue Sail allows guests to access the amenities of the nearby Los Suenos Beach Club. This fabulous Club has a golf course, a large pool, a swim-up bar, and a sandy beach. LOCATION
Casa Blue Sail is in the beautiful Resort of Los Suenos overlooking Herradura Bay. The Pacific coastline of Costa Rica is famous for its incredible beaches, surfing, and communities that provide an eclectic mix of well-being, diverse dining, and fun activities.

Near Casa Blue Sail are the Rainforest Adventures Jaco and Vista Los Suenos Adventure Park. GETTING HERE:
There are many flight options to Costa Rica. There are regular services from the USA from Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Newark, and Chicago. From Canada, guests can fly direct to Costa Rica from Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, among other centers.

The nearest airport is Juan Santamaria International Airport (San Jose Airport SJO), which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. Guests flying into SJO can rent a car, arrange a private van collection, or transfer by helicopter. There is a helipad at Los Suenos Resort.
