The Villa occupies a footprint of about 4500 square meters offering lots of space for up to 34 guests to relax, revitalize and hit refresh. The views from the pool terraces and the balconies and windows of the large, elegant Villa are mesmerizing. The internal layout of the Villa has a living room, indoor/outdoor dining spaces, and kitchens at Entrance Level. The fully equipped kitchens (indoor and summer with barbecue) have direct access to the shaded outdoor dining space for 42 guests.

The entrance level also has shower rooms and WCs for pool guests. The terraces are furnished with luxurious loungers, umbrellas, and soft seating, perfectly poised to take in the stunning sea views. A lovely hot water jacuzzi can comfortably accommodate six guests and a pool bar. Yet, more facets of this beautiful Villa are designed to bring maximum enjoyment to guests.

You have all the amenities: a dedicated massage table, steam bath, cold barrel shower, ice fountain, shower, and WC.

The Villa has an elevator, and the indoor and outdoor spaces are all wheelchair accessible. Additional features are CCTV cameras, an alarm system, a safe room, access to a nearby helipad, high-speed internet connectivity, and a surround sound system compatible with Android and IOS. In addition, the Villa has a powerful generator that will automatically switch on during any unexpected electrical outages.

The daily maid service and towel change will help keep your Villa home tidy. You have access to a fully equipped laundry room. Refuse collection takes place daily. In addition, your high-grade bed linens will be changed twice weekly.
