Welcome to Blackstone St Barts, a 6-bedroom villa overlooking Marigot Bay along the coast of St Barts. This luxurious villa can accommodate up to twelve guests and offers you an authentic island style vacation. The villa includes five-star features such as a heated swimming pool, fitness room, and large secluded outdoor living space. The villa is newly built and is located on the hillside with the outdoor space in mind. The serene landscape that surrounds it and the vast ocean views over Marigot Bay provides you and your loved ones with an exquisite holiday experience.

Blackstone is a contemporary and luxurious villa that boasts of a blissful location along Marigot Bay and has access to its own secluded section of Marigots powdery shoreline. As you walk out onto the terrace your eyes will fall on the still waters of the infinity pool. You can dip your toes in the heated waters or delve into its warm embrace as wisps of steam melt into the crisp morning air.

Perch yourself along the edge and enjoy the sunrise over the bay as the boats rock peacefully over relaxed waves. When you step out of the water onto the elongated wooden decking, feel the smooth wooden panels under your toes. You can relax in the covered outdoor seating areas as you sip on your freshly brewed hot cup of coffee. Here you can enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze as you set into holiday mode.

Dine alfresco for breakfast and enjoy the tropical fruits, delicious St Barts food, and some tangy juices. The alfresco dining table is nestled under the large parasol and seats up to twelve of your guests. After your meal you can lie out on the sun loungers as the sun radiates in the sky, full of warmth and color. This is the perfect setting to enjoy St Barts.

After some sunbathing, you can walk to the powdery Marigot Bay Beach. It is a short ten-minute walk as it is under 1km in distance. Once you reach the fringe of the water's edge, you can pick a spot on the soft sand, perhaps under some secluded shade cast by the tall palms. Here you can delve into the salty waters and enjoy the cool waters.

You can buy some snorkelling equipment during your stay and experience the tropical world that awaits beneath the surface. Here you might even be able to spot a sea turtle. This luxurious beach is the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic on the soft sands as you enjoy the rich turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Walk along the shore and let the water lap onto your toes as you breathe in the fresh air. The central part of Marigot Bay Beach is edged by coconut palms. Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters.

Villa Blackstone is comprised of the main villa and an additional Bungalow that holds the sixth bedroom the property offers. The property has expansive outdoor living spaces and indulges in lavish interiors. The main living areas are located in the main villa. The living room has an open plan design and layout which consists of the kitchen, dining area, and living area.

The living area has direct access out onto the terrace and the large ceiling to floor windows and sliding glass doors open the space out. The room is flooded with light and warmth and allows the Caribbean breeze to flow through the room. The high vaulted ceilings and the smooth tiled floors keep the temperature cool and the rooms airy. The living area is fitted with plush sofas and sits opposite the mounted plasma television. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare your meals.

Our concierge would also be delighted to arrange a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. The kitchen includes rich wooden cabinetry and a large island counter that seats four guests. The indoor dining area seats another twelve of your loved ones comfortably.

The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms altogether. Each bedroom offers its own private en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, and an in-room safe. You will discover the first bedroom on the main level right next to the kitchen. This room is also wheelchair accessible. The bedroom has a European king-sized bed and features an outdoor shower. The Master bedroom is in a separate private bungalow, half a level lower than the main level and located next to the pool and deck.

This bedroom also has a European king-size bed, with both an indoor and outdoor shower. The other four guest bedrooms are located on the lowest level of the main villa. Three of the bedrooms are nearly identical with king-sized beds and access to the terrace with incredible ocean views while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds and is perfect for kids. This room also connects to one of the guest bedrooms which is great for parents or a nanny who would like direct access, but the rooms can be fully separated too if preferred.

LOCATION

Blackstone is perched on the sloping hillside of Marigot Bay in St Barths. Marigot is located along the northern coastline of this Caribbean Island. The Gustaf III Airport, code SBH, is a short ten to fifteen-minute drive from your villa (4.9km).

A short stroll (less than 1km) will lead you to the soft sandy shore of Marigot Bay Beach. Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters. Lorient beach is another sandy beach located 2km from the villa which is a short five-minute drive. This is a great family beach as the warm shallow waters inside the coral reef are calm, so our small swimmers can play safely. It is the perfect place to go snorkelling and surfing. Here you will find the island’s surf hut, and it’s here that people of all abilities can have the chance to take surf lessons.

St-Jean beach is a further 5km from the villa which equates to a ten to fifteen-minute drive. This beach offers you something different again as it is one of the most popular beaches on the island. The beach covers a long stretch of fine golden sand and a wide range of beach and water activities. The area close to the airport is excellent for windsurfing and bodyboarding. Equipment can be hired from Carib Waterplay on the beach itself.
