Comprising a total of 7 spacious bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, Villa 3 is designed to accommodate the most discerning of guests. The main house features 5 bedrooms, while an adjacent cottage offers 2 king-bedded guest suites, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy.

The ground floor of Villa 3 boasts an expansive beachfront primary suite with an ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower, offering panoramic views of the turquoise waters. An open-plan living/dining area and chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances provide the perfect setting for large family gatherings, while a media room, powder room, and office cater to every need.

Adjacent to the villa, a ground-floor guest cottage offers two garden-view king-bedded bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and terrace, ensuring a serene retreat amidst lush surroundings.

Ascending to the upper level, guests will discover a spacious beachfront primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, soaking tub, indoor and outdoor showers, and an outdoor terrace. Two additional beachfront guest suites boast ensuite bathrooms with dual vanities and walk-in showers, along with generous oceanfront balconies overlooking Grace Bay beach.
