Adjacent to the villa, a ground-floor guest cottage offers two garden-view king-bedded bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and terrace, providing a serene retreat amidst lush surroundings.

Ascending to the upper floor, guests will discover four generously appointed guest bedrooms, all boasting stunning ocean views. Each bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower, and two bathrooms offer the added luxury of outdoor showers. A second laundry room adds to the convenience of this level.

The rooftop of Villa 1 boasts a spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring an extra-large soaking tub overlooking Grace Bay beach, as well as an outdoor roof terrace.
