The villa boasts various terraces and sitting corners on different levels all with wonderful views. The terrace comes with 2 pools one located on the upper level with a waterfall down into the lower level pool. The Pool and Jacuzzi all face the famous Punta Espada golf course.

Up on the terrace the villa offers magnificent views over the gold course and Caribbean Sea beyond. The upper terrace also has a stunning day bed perfect for relaxing while reading a book. In addition there is a wonderful outdoor BBQ area perfect for dining alfresco with family and friends.

The villa comes with a large dining room with professional kitchen and a TV room.
The villa comes with 6 luxury bedrooms are all located around the main house area for maximum privacy. Each bedroom has state of the art ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds and terraces. There is another bedroom with king bed and the 3 additional bedrooms are twin rooms and feature 2 queen beds.
