Punta Minitas 34 is an incredible property, with its own private beach, amongst the beautifully calm water of the bay. Overlooking this spectacular view is the master suite, it will not disappoint. The property is divided into several sections, so all of guests can have their space within this extensive property. The entrance to Punta Minitas is also very private and secure, even with, its proximity to the Marina, only a 5-minute drive away.

Welcome to Punta Minitas 34 with Exceptional Villas, one of our most exclusive luxury villas in Casa de Campo. This magnificent villa can comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests in 12 bedrooms, making it the ideal residence to celebrate memorable occasions with loved ones.
Punta Minitas 34 is simply superb and is excellent for hosting events with its large social areas including a spectacular swimming pool and outdoor terrace area, BBQ facilities, dining room, and numerous seating options dotted around the residence.
Punta Minitas 34 has 12 bedrooms with a selection of bed sizes, all luxuriously decorated. There are 8 air-conditioned suites with King-sized beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen-sized beds each, 1 bedroom with 2 Full-sized beds, and one bedroom with a Queen-sized sofa bed. The Master suite, accessible by elevator or architectural stairs, is stunningly situated overlooking Minitas Bay and Casa de Campo resort and villas. This villa also has 12.5 bathrooms.
Punta Minitas 34 boasts its own private white sandy beach on Minitas Bay, situated ideally just a stone’s throw from the villa. Here guests will find sun loungers placed under cabana-roofed canopies, a style typical of the Caribbean, and allowing guests to shelter from the sun whilst they relax.
Perfectly manicured lawns, a lush tropical garden, and tall palm trees play a leading role in the tranquil and intimate outdoor space. An impressive infinity pool wraps around the majority of the villa with plentiful sun loungers surrounding it. There is a large bar and BBQ facilities at the terrace area with a beautiful array of seating choices, quintessential for dining alfresco.
A private gym with equipment, large mirrors, and ceiling fans is a great option for guests looking to keep active during their stay. A personal trainer may also be organized for that extra vacation motivation.

About Casa de Campo
Casa de Campo is a gated resort located in the Dominican Republic. It is a wonderful resort for families. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean-view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Water sports are offered on-site, including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats. Other amenities at Casa de Campo include tennis, horse-riding, golf, skeet shooting, polo, shopping etc there are lots of restaurants to choose from too.
Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.

Ultra-exclusive villa with private beach
Punta Minitas 34 is without a doubt the most exclusive villa in Casa de Campo Resort. The private beach at the front of the property is tucked perfectly into a secluded bay with calm water and a small dock. The outdoor area is beautiful, featuring a pool bar and manicured lawns. The interiors of the villa itself are just magnificent and many rooms (including the gym) boast breath-taking views of the bay and Caribbean Sea.
