Welcome to Marina 1, an idyllic 5-bedroom oceanfront villa located in the exclusive Punta Cana Resort, situated on the south-eastern shore of the Dominican Republic.

Marina 1 boasts exceptional interiors and the property is fringed with an authentic Caribbean feel. The cabana thatch is impressive, inviting, and has a very natural feel. On arrival, you will immediately feel at home and delighted by the very elegantly decorated interior.

The open-plan living room area opens out onto the terrace by the pool and is comprised of a beautiful casual natural wood dining room table where you can sample the food of our incredible chefs provided by our resorts.

The living room also has a very natural feel with unique features on the ceiling and stunning light fittings that give this space a very luxurious and airy feel. With beautiful timber-framed large windows and sliding doors that open out onto the pool area, you are just a step away from your very own piece of paradise.

There is also a more formal dining room with a table that sits up to 14 guests. The exposed wooden beams and timber-framed windows and doors allow for a relaxing atmosphere.
Marina 1 has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern stainless-steel appliances and white modern high stools. You can sit down and chat about the beautiful experiences and dream vacation you are experiencing in your stunning villa.

The bedrooms of Marina 1 are beautifully designed, each bedroom full of character and individuality with natural wood, stripes and prints, beautiful textures, and drapes. All bedrooms are equipped with their own flat-screen TV, books, library, and walk-in closet. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed looking out onto the ocean, an open space bathroom and a walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool area. There is another bedroom with a king-size bed and 3 bedrooms which each feature two queen beds.

The outdoors of Marina 1 is as good as it gets with an unrivalled view of the Caribbean ocean, you can get lost in your thoughts taking in these breath-taking moments. When you want to refresh from the beautiful temperature all-year-round climate, take a dip in your own private pool to cool down. The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature and landscaped gardens for you to admire upon entering through the main door.
