Level one has an open-plan kitchen and two large living rooms, with access to a veranda with unparalleled sea views. The master suite on the second level has a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi. The living room of the master suite has a double sofa bed and a private bathroom.
There are three other king-sized bedrooms, all ensuite. Each bedroom has a furnished terrace, offering the perfect place to sit quietly and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine.
Your private pool is almost 400 square feet, graduating from 3 feet to 8 feet in depth. The pool is open to guests from early April until early October. The large veranda has a sofa station, dining table, and chairs. In addition, there’s a gas-fired barbecue ideal for casual lunches or dinners. However, to embrace your Italian location, why not fire up the wood-burning pizza oven and create some deliciously fresh pizza?
Villa Graziosa is reached through a citrus walkway of lemon and grapefruit trees. The hilltop location of the Villa makes it feel very private. The lush, mature gardens provide a happy meeting place for local songbirds and butterflies. Relaxing by your pool, the restful sounds of nature, and the delicate aroma of flowers will lull you to sleep. Your nearest beach is less than a mile away. The pretty Marina di Seiano offers restaurants, bars, and a beach. There are nearby bus and train services too. The Villa has a private parking area.

LOCATION:
In under a mile, you can get to the beach. You are only 6 miles from the historic and picturesque town of Sorrento. The treasures of the Amalfi Coast are all within an easy drive. Positano, the hillside village overlooking the Isle of Capri, is one of the world’s most visited communes. Ravello and Amalfi are a little further along the coast. Scheduled boat services that can take you up and down the coast are one of the great pleasures of this region. It’s all so relaxing.
History buffs can drive to Pompeii 10 miles away. Stepping over the threshold into a world frozen in time is unforgettable.
The incredible local produce – mozzarella, lemons, olive oil, tomatoes, cured meats, and bread- is irresistible if you are a foodie. In addition, local, family-run restaurants will hand roll their pasta, a work of art in its simplicity and depth of flavor.
