The villa's architecture is styled as an ‘upside-down house’ style whereby the living area is situated on the second level and the bedrooms on the lower level. This of course means you can take in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean ocean all day long while cooking breakfast or reading your book on the 500-foot teak beach deck outside.

Upon entering the villa, you walk down a few steps into the beautifully bright and spacious kitchen/living area. Here, you will find high-end appliances, a center island, tiled walls, a breakfast bar, and incredible panoramic ocean views.

Villa Beach Cake also offers an indoor living room with teak ceilings, flat-screen TV, Sonos sound system, terrace, large sectional sofa, and coffee table. This vibrantly designed room is the epitome of relaxation creating a spa-like vibe using the natural, tropical gardens surrounding the villa and welcoming them inside.

There are endless numbers of sunspots at this villa including an outdoor dining area on the second level where you can utilize the outdoor grill and the alfresco dining area in front of the pool and adjacent seating area. If you fancy being closer to the beach and dipping your toes in the warm, white sand, then you can set up on the day beds located on the lower level – the perfect spot to lay down, take in the gentle sea breeze and relax after a morning kayaking around Turtle Cove. If this was not enough space to relax and enjoy a game of cards with your friends or family, head to the sky lounge on the third level to catch the sunset and wait as the stars begin to show in the clear, undisturbed sky.

Offering two cozy, tastefully designed bedrooms, the first King-size room has an ocean view, a private bathroom with a water closet, a vanity, and an outdoor bathtub and shower for a unique bathing experience. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, private bathroom, vanity, and outdoor bathtub and shower. Both rooms are airconditioned.

The Beach Cake villa is conveniently located in the Turtle Cove area of Grace Bay beach. Located just 3.5 miles from Grace Bay, it is possible to walk along the beach from Grace Bay to the villa. This is the perfect way to spend an afternoon exploring along the coastline and take in the views and fresh sea breeze. Guests can enjoy snorkeling at Smiths Reef, which is just off the beach. There is a huge variety of wildlife and coral at Smith’s Reef including Green Turtles, Angelfish, Yellowtail Snapper, and Coral Shrimp. This villa also includes a kayak and a paddleboard for anyone keen to spend a few hours in the ocean. The villa is located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops.
