Welcome to our villa Varuna St Barts, a 4 bedroom villa located in the hillside in St Jean and only within a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Varuna has the most beautiful views of the ocean.

The villa has the most beautiful design and use of wood and earth tones throughout the villa. There is a small garden from the parking area that leads into the spacious living area.

The living has three sections. In one section, there is a seating area and TV and a large dining table separates the seating area from the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen also has a separate storage area which contains the house refrigerator.

Varuna has a stunning terrace that wraps around the large heated infinity pool and features the amazing ocean views. The terraces also offer guests a covered lounge area with plush and comfortable furnishings.

Varuna also features air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi throughout. Varuna has 4 ensuite bedrooms that are so gorgeous and luxurious. Each of the bedrooms features a spacious size bed with an ensuite bathroom offering both U.S and French Satelite TV, Apple TV and a Sonos sound system.

Two of the bedrooms are located at either side of the living room and the two additional bedrooms are located on the lower floor. The 4th bedroom is slightly smaller and is ideal for staff or teenagers.

When you book with Exceptional Villas, we include complimentary concierge service prior to and during your stay so we can help organise the trip for you. We can assist with recommending and booking restaurants, grocery stock, chef hire, car rental, excursions so it makes planning your trip that bit easier.

Villa Varuna, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

Varuna is an excellent choice for families or couples travelling together. It is not only a stunning luxurious villa but it is located in one of the best locations on the island and is only 15 min walk to the Eden Rock hotel and beach- it would only be a 4 min drive from the airport and 7 min drive to Gustavia which is the capital of St Barths and a great area for some designer shopping.
