Welcome to Olive Villa St Barts, a stylish & newly built 4-bedroom villa that calls the volcanic bedrock of Governeur’s sloping hills its home, on the beautiful island.

A majestic vista greets you once you step beyond the glass of Olive’s patio doors; a blend of land and seascape, crowned by the vibrant blue of the sky overhead, the view is stunning, no matter where you turn. The terrace itself is outfitted to allow guests to enjoy soaking up the sun in as many ways as possible; stretch out on a lounger, or take the plunge into the infinity-edge swimming pool, arguably the best spot of the villa to drink in your surroundings. Sip something cool in the shade of the parasols or beneath the shady palms that tower overhead; the options to engage in total relaxation are endless on the beautiful teak decking.

The indoor-outdoor living design of the villa lends it the refreshingly airy vibe that you come to expect in the Caribbean; bright and spacious, Olive’s interior feels expansive, particularly with the cavernous ceilings that soar overhead. The expansion of the villa out onto the terrace through the glass doors is almost seamless; Olive loses no opportunity to draw your eye to the dreamscape before you that is St. Barts. Several lounge spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and dining space all benefit from the gorgeous backdrop, a dynamic aspect to the clean lines of the minimalist approach to Olive’s décor.

Suitable for a variety of guest formations, the four bedrooms of Olive accommodate eight guests comfortably; each of the four bedrooms is given the palatial treatment, all containing a king-size bed to sink into at the end of each day. All are afforded their own en-suite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort, and with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give access to the terrace, the stunning views out to the horizon are wonderful to wake up to.

Situated on the northeastern edge of the Caribbean, the unspoiled serenity of St. Barth’s welcomes you. Olive sits close to Governeur’s Cove, found to the more southern reaches of the island, as well as Grande Saline. Both are fabulous beaches to visit for anyone on the search for sun, sand and sea, and also great places to catch some waves, with reasonably consistent swell for surfers to enjoy all year round.

The western side of St. Barth’s holds Gustavia, the capital of the island; a short drive from the villa, Gustavia hosts plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, to allow guests have their fill of retail therapy, experience the nightlife, sample the local cuisine, and for those with a keen interest in the past life of the island, explore some of the distinctive history of St. Barth’s - a good place to begin would be Gustavia itself, where the influences of past ruling countries still remain today; Fort Karl, a former military outpost, was left by the Swedish to protect the island in the 1700s. The small size of the island also makes many of its finest features even more accessible; this makes it easy to explore it in a matter of a few days.
