Les Roches Villa

The beautiful, newly built, 5-bedroom villa Les Roches is located perfectly on a hillside, overlooking the breath-taking views of the Baie des Flamands, the glistening waters of the Caribbean Sea and its nearby islands. This villa is nestled in a secluded, calm, tropical garden, offering you and your group ultimate luxury and comfort. Les Roches was designed with your well-being and relaxation in mind, with luxurious large bedrooms, open ocean-view spaces, as well as a fitness room and separate massage room, all of which feature a Sonos sound system to add the perfect soundtrack to your perfect vacation.

Each of the 5 bedrooms have their own private terrace with magnificent sea views as well as their own mini bars. The first bedroom is situated in an additional bungalow by the living room with seating out front. This King Room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower that can open into the private back garden. A solid granite bathtub invites guests to bathe outdoors in the surrounding tropical setting.

The other four bedrooms are in a separate unit by the entrance, two upstairs and two downstairs. These rooms are large bedroom with king-sized beds (two of which can be made as twin-bedded rooms) with an en-suite and a smart TV with Netflix and both U.S. and French satellite stations.

Les Roches Villa beautifully combines generous indoor and outdoor spaces. The indoor living room has ample, comfortable seating in an air-conditioned space with an iPod controller and Apple TV, again featuring Netflix and U.S. and French satellite. The fully equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar for casual meals as well as an indoor dining room that can comfortable seat up to 12 guests for more formal gatherings.

These spacious indoor areas open seamlessly onto the outdoor, heated infinity pool. Guests can soak up some Caribbean sun from the sundeck on the other side of the pool, or lounge on one of the shaded daybeds, while enjoying spectacular sea views from both areas.

LOCATION DETAILS
Les Roches Villa is specifically located in Colombier, just 5 minutes from Gustavia, St Jean, the beaches of Flamands and hotel du ‘Cheval Blanc’.

Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths. The island is laced in a dramatic, lush landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches the fringe the coast. The villa is based along the elevated hillside.

St Jean beach is less than a 10-minute drive from the villa, as well as the airport and a large supermarket called Marche U. This beach at St Jean is where you will locate the exquisite Eden Rock hotel. The shoreline is divided in two by the hotel, creating St Jean, and Nikki beach. The beach provides an array of water sports and incredible snorkelling experiences. Here you can spend a day on the beach and sunbathe if you wish. Swim in the fresh salty waters or walk along the shoreline and breath in the crisp Caribbean air.

One of the best places to visit is Gustavia which is only 10 minutes from the villa. Gustavia is the capital of the island and features a yacht-filled marina, lined in designer shops and smaller boutiques filled with Caribbean treasures.
